Is there an issue with synchronizing with the peers?
This is a new error message from gexp.
Where do you live? The problem is that the TCP UDP settings etc were never fixed from the initial issues as noted below: All seven of my nodes appear to be on the main chain. 2 of which are on windows with 10+ peers. ocminer what's your node ill add it to the bootnodes so that people are always trying your connection. Furthermore, https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/issues/1579Its not just an expanse problem. I have tried to put up an Expanse Pool for the last few days but it is almost impossible because errors continually pop up. Particularly the ones like "no new work available". I tried to hack Go-Expanse to work with the updates from ethereum but run into a wall at needing an "fdtrack" on Expanses github or I would need to copy the Erthereum one and create my own Github and GOPATH for it. That is to much damn work since those fixes could have been implemented in Aug 2015 but never were updated. As you can see from the quote above, the Expanse team has known about it but has not fixed the files that are needed to be fixed. So I will list them for you here 1 - p2p/discover/node.go 2 - p2p/discover/table.go 3 - p2p/discover/udp.go 4 - p2p/server.go If you need the link to the commits just click on the link from well, you. Then go to "files changed" Or you can keep telling people that it has to do with where they live or some other BS edited to add the link for the fix: https://github.com/ethereum/go-ethereum/pull/1689/filessubmit a pull request, thanks!

NVM no need for you to do any extra work, we already added those patches back then. Our latest build takes us all the way to 1.4.7, we merged everything ETH did up until that point. Because at that point is when they decided to betray their core values and add blacklisting.

Wow 0_o As an EXP investor, I see a couple issues right off the bat. 1. Why is this news hidden away from the community? It's like the dev team is doing the minimum announcements possible. 2. Shouldn't these expenditures be accompanied with detailed statements of where the money is going? 3. Premine dumping aside.... Lol, that is an aggressive burn rate for a startup! What is the team's plan for when they run out of premined coins to dump, or we the community run out of BTC to buy their dumps? Look at the Blockexplorer Noobs http://www.expanse.tech/explorer/accounts10M EXP is still intact
GO FUDge somewhere else, hehe it was always a scam coin, they dumped it to zero few times, made newbies join rinse n repeat.

I returned from ETH to EXP mining, and hashrate go up, as i expected, but only on 7850/270. On 380x and rx480 i get same speed, maybe even a bit lower Is it normal?

I saw the same with the 8Gb 480's. ETH became slow because of the DAG size and the 3Gb on the older GPU's but is back on par with EXP with the 8Gb GPUs

DAG size affects speed because of lower memory throughput on older cards, but my 270 and 380x both work with 6GHz memory. AFAIK memory size doesn't matter, if it is 2GB or more. Check just now, 480's are about 1-2 mgh slower than on ETH... On R9 270 ETH are about 13 mgh, EXP ~17, R9 380x ETH 20-21, EXP 19-21.

Why is this team of FUDers trying so hard to push the price down of EXP by spreading lies? The dev team has been completely transparent from day one about their spending m8's and everyone in the EXP community knows that. The devs originally agreed on 1m EXP over the course of the first year while they build all the pieces for their DAO. For the first 5 months, the devs used their own personal funds to build the infrastructure of the project. To suggest anything different is absolutely absurd because we have blockchain PROOF. The Public Developer Funds as stated in the GENESIS BLOCK!!!http://www.expanse.tech/explorer/account/0x15656715068ab0dbdf0ab00748a8a19e40f28192The first payment the devs received.http://www.expanse.tech/explorer/block_number/154638DATE: 2016-02-11 13:51:10Expanse launched September 07, 2015, 11:28:20 PMDo the math, thats 5 months the devs didnt take money from funds the community AGREED the devs should have. So that means they shouldered the entire weight of development, infrastructure, and paying anyone who helped out of pocket. Again to say different, is a lie. The troll above claims "they kept it secret for so long" which is complete bullshit. Anytime the developers used the dev funds they disclosed it publicly. Every newsletter has a "state of the dev funds" in it. The Community Reserve (still untouched) with 10m EXPhttp://www.expanse.tech/explorer/account/0xbb94f0ceb32257275b2a7a9c094c13e469b4563eAnyone with any doubts should not engage this troll and simply go back to the very first post and then proceed to read the next ten pages. Because its painfully obvious to anyone with half a brain that the trolls arnt really after the truth they are just trying to destabilize EXP because the EXP projects challenge the very fabric of the establishment. Borderless.tech alone has the potential to make every oppressive government compete on a global scale. The dumps are obviously coordinated by the people bringing up the claims the devs are doing it. Because no sooner does the price go down, these clowns are in here bringing attention to it and trying to deflect onto the dev team, but the blockchain doesnt lie. People with agendas do. Anon douche bags with a stick up their ass, do. If I were a betting gal id wager Ghergesu Valentine is the only one butthurt enough to spend this much time fabricating nonsense. TLDR; Expanse had no ico. The reserve and dev fund were publicly announced as the way to fund EXP, they community sanctioned this method of funding and the funds have been sparingly and transparently spent. There simply is no "dumping". Beware of anyone trying to tell you different because they are a damn liar at best or someone with a far more sinister plot at worst. Well said Samantha. You are spot on. It's very sad what some people will stoop to.

Repeating publicly available information is an easy way to boost post count for those eager to gain "status". But it's even easier to click the Ignore option and get rid of the mad screaming blah I figure these "dumps" are funding development of the DAO, and a well developed DAO means EXP will be valued higher, so, buying into these "dumps" is double yummie

Meanwhile they are just sending buy signals to everyone. [/quote] Let's put yourself into this position - you work full time as a developer and get a salary. everyone as a cost of living that must be paid. i'm sure you would do what was needed to make sure the bills were paid. based on the numbers, it's not like these guys are funding a mansion in beverly hills. in this case, being transparent as the expanse has been, proves to the public that they are working, not scamming.
