The future of paper money is probably that paper money will be replaced eventually after many many years though.
Paper money has been around for so long that it has become like a disease and it will be hard to replace.

Not a disease but more of a tradition. The paper money have been passed to different ages and still going. When you are kid you will see it all and think it is important and will need it when you grow old.

Our concepts are made in that way, when we were growing we have seen just paper money being used but nothing like bitcoin or any other digital currencies, but in coming time maybe the concepts of kids would be different as bitcoin would surely bring a revolution in currencies of the world.

at this time won't be denied that everyone wants everything to be easy as possible maybe OP have think like that. i guess we can reject that if bitcoin have it.

lots of possibility that paper money will be removed because of things that is happening right now, many company already adopting crypto currency, credit card and lots of other ways to do bussiness but the question is how safe we are if we are not holding it physically? I don't want to see my grand son just ask me to have his/her own cc to candies, I still want paper money to exist just how we used it today.

In future, we are not using polyethene covers why because of those are very harmful to environment. That's why the paper market is gradually increasing than compare with others. And Paper is very eco-friendly.

Although the things bitcoin fans are saying about paper money, I think it will remain somewhat part of people's financial worlds, it's far more comfortable for physical transactions too.

Paper money is going to be around for some time to come because I do not think that we are ready for everything to be digital.

The future of paper money in the near future is stable. They will not get anywhere with the wallets of citizens. They will support the government

yes that is right to say that the future of bitcoin is still safe and there is nothing wrong to it, as bitcoin is still not so much stale and is not yet introduce in all over the world, i think it will take a lot of time to take over the fiat currency and is only possible when all the people of the world will start using bitcoin.

Agreed - it's impossible to go all digital with money.

In well developed countries people rely on their bank cards or smartphone in order to complete transactions.

I think in the last 2 or 3 years I have paid all my food shopping, gas for my car, dinners in restaurants, and more, all with my bank card.

I have a €50 note always with me just in case I go to a place or store where I can't use my bank card.

This €50 note has been in my physical wallet for more than 5 months now without needing it. That says enough.

when government just figured out that paper money is easily destroyed by the time and also increase the logging amount because it's based on paper which comes from trees,they will probably force their citizen to use another currency that's eco friendly,but not for now

i think it is not so easy to destroy the paper money, paper money is really stronger that any other type of currency, so there is nothing wrong to the paper money in near future it can only possible if all the people of the world will start using bitcoin and give full priority to it.

Nobody will know what the future will be of the paper money and as you can see now you see of course that Bitcoin is getting more used and it becomes also more popular.
But there are still a lot of people that dont even know how Bitcoin works and that is why paper money cant disappear.

I believe no country will be showing interest to completely stop using paper money, because there would be illiterate people in each and every country, so it is inevitable for them to have paper money.
Paying maids and baby sitter in electronic currencies is still not possible in many developed countries itself. So, stopping paper money completely is not possible for any country in my opinion.
