Hi! I have got a problem.I am using Evga 1600 watt to power my miner.I have experienced something unusual. All the asics seems ok, temps are 0 and miner not hashing. Here is the link.It is neither about BB nor IO (I have swithced off).Checked the cards with eye, no dropping parts).

Here is the link.If anyone experienced such a thing I would very much appreciate if shares the solution or the reason.

temp 0 ?

I believe there should always be a temp displayed, whether it's mining or not.

I have a different problem.

One of the chip seems defective:

it's always the same.
Sometimes it fails after a few minutes sometimes after a day or more.

How can I identify it on the board ?

(which board is chain 1 ?)

it's still under warranty, so I wonder if it's worth the hassle or dismantling it and returning the board to Bitmain ....

Oh dear...help me please!  I've spent 3hours trying to get my new S7-LN mining with no luck.
I can ping it ok and run the setup and enter the pool details but no joy!  it just runs for 5 mins then start beeping really loud and I have to then turn it off.

I've tried both bitminter pool and antminer pool

settings for bitminter
stratum+tcp://mint.bitminter.com:3333
username_workername (tried both _ and . )

settings for antminer
stratum+tcp://stratum.antpool.com:3333
username (for the life of me i can't find out how to make a worker name on antminer!  guess it's auto, I've tried _ and . with a made up name for a worker after my username but no joy)

Everytime, whatever I put into the fields, i press save and nothing happens, if I click out of that box to say the miner monitor box and go back, the fields are empty.
Clearly they are not entering.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE  someone help me!  I have to go out now and won't be back for 7hours! then I'll be up all night!  I'll give you my first 3hours coins if you hit the issue on the head please.

did I mention PLEASE!

You have javascript enabled for the webconfig?

Both fans are plugged in and working?

Cool, quiet and up to 1TH pod miner, on sale now!

The fans are both running yes.
Not sure about Java, I'm using google chrome and I'm really not sure about that.  Off to London right now to see a show, so won't be back for a little while to try.  I'll be annoyed and pleased if it is that.  It makes sense though.

I have javascript disabled by default in my browser, manual enables only. When I load the webconfig for an Antminer, the pool config fields always come up blank. I don't know Chrome so I don't know about how it handles scripting, that's just what I've seen causing similar symptoms. Could be something completely different.

You might SSH into the miner and see if the pool config file exists or is corrupted. What do you see on cgminer status on the webconfig?

My S7 LN randomly shutdowns , sometime after 1 hours ,sometime after 30 min mining, sometime after 6-7 hours

Temperature seems normal, below 63 Centigrade ,both fan are running fine, runs on stock frequency of 600 , all chips seems normal , no faulty chip sign

What could be the problem ?

devise is 7 days used only and problem starts after day 2 and frequency of random  shut down increased .

in built Power supply can be problem ? So tripping happens

As I need to restart miner by doing jumper switch on-off many time

Please help Sad Sad Sad Sad

When you say it shuts down, exactly what are you noticing that makes you think its shut down? Is the PSU's fan stopped? Are the miner's fans running? Is the PSU hot to the touch? What type of mains circuit is it on?

Thanks for fast reply dogie,

When Shutdown happens,  PSU fan stops and miner's fan also stops simultaneously. PSU is warm but not hot that someone can't touch it.

It is on 230 V circuit ,dedicated line only for miners rated for 16 Amps , total Load is less than  3000Kw, Irony is my other gigabyte PSUs which are 3 year+ old still run smoother.

May I try Low frequency setting (less than factory 600)?  so it can be checked that Enermax PSU of S7 LN is not overloaded
