Is anyone else having a tough time getting their coins to stake? I'm on day 38 with a 580,000 block size and it just doesn't want to stake for me. Is something wrong or do I just need to keep the wallet open and keep waiting?

Try the command checkwallet in the debug console window, make sure you don't have anything wrong.
If you have any errors use the repairwallet command to fix them.
I had a few blocks with the same problem, the above cleaned it up

I appreciate the reply, but I tried that without success. I'm now at 40 days and nothing yet. I'm going to redownload the wallet and blockchain and hope it gets resolved.

This coin stakes great for me. I asked the friendly dev of www.coinwallet.co if he would be willing to add SHND. He said he has added SHND to the list of coins to be added, so I'm hoping we'll soon be able to stake SHND in the cloud!  |

That's great news!
The not so great news (for me) is that I still have not staked! I have staked This coin twice, so I know it works and I'm definitely not a noob to this, but I have tried several things and still no stake and I am on day 42 with over 500k. I made a new conf file with different configurations, downloaded a new wallet and redownloaded the chain, but still no dice.
I will consider any and all ideas here.

Ok, so I made a new config and it didn't seem to do anything so I shut it down, but when I started the wallet just now it staked FAT! So, if you go over the 30 days, no worries, you will get the prorated amount for however many days you go over. I staked at 43 days and got nearly 150%, very cool.
