i use both, because if i want to buy something very fast from local shop i can use my bank credit card

Well using both is going to be advantage for all of us since we are in bitcoin. It is going to be less hassle if we are going to depend to both of it.
And why you are only going to choose only one if you can enjoy to manage both of it. Just manage to use them properly because you are the one that is going to benefit it.

Its very simple, will you stop earning fiat if you are earning bitcoin and vice versa? You will prefer to earn from both as its adding value to your wealth, same goes with bank and bitcoin wallet.

I agree. Bitcoin desktop wallets are a pretty secure way to store money. With the recent banking crisis in mind it is great alternative to a bank.

dekstop wallets doesnt mean that your bitcoins are much safier. We all know that their are a lot of virus in the industry so if your pc was infected that risk percentage will surely goes up. There are some online wallets also that are trusted and proven at all.

I don't understand why people are letting us choose between the two when the world is more wonder if we have different variety of payment method, I personally use both as I want to spend my money with an ease, I have bitcoins but in our country only few stores are accepting so I need to use my credit card.

My thoughts exactly. Why should we necessarily choose one or the other? Can't we use both whenever it's appropriate? Actually I am really against this "war" between Bitcoin and banks or between Bitcoin and fiat. I think that they may peacefully coexist.

That's true if we can manage to use both then why to go with a single one? Try to grab benefits attached with both of them as both holds some unique benefits from each other.

As a payment method, it is better to have both. The more choices you have, the better you can manage your finances. But as a storage or savings, it is better to use bitcoin because bitcoin increases its value very fast. While in bank, the interest rate is very small. It cannot cover the annual inflation rate.

For me, it is hard to spend my bitcoins without the banks to support the transfer, I usually withdraw my bitcoins in my bank account or any banks that partners with my local exchanges, they should have move hand in hand for us to experience the comfort in using our bitcoins.

That's right now a lot of users who exchange bitcoin to the currency to be used. That is evidence that the banks are still used in bitcoin. And many bitcoin wallet that provides a system for currency exchange from each bank. So I think the bank and bitcoin wallet has the role of each is important to me. I keep money in the bank and invest in bitcoin.

this is correct. banks are only banks where we can store and save our money. but bitcoin is the whole technology itself, it has features of banks also as bitcoin wallets where we can save our money and it have so many other features and benefits too. we can invest it. we can earn it for free by doing so many jobs and works, and bitcoin itself a good investment. just buy it and hold it for future.

I think the government will not let us live in peace either. They will try to destroy bitcoin once it affects fiat directly. they control fiat and the live in the benefits of fiat. they cannot control bitcoin. So I think there will always be war between bitcoin and fiat.

I do not agree with you mate, yet bitcoin wallet is good for bitcoins but choosing the bank would be the more safer option that using the the wallet to store your hardly earned money.If some thing bad happens we can go to bank and ask question and meet them in person.But in bitcoin wallet we cannot do anything just can send emails to them but can do nothing if they dont solve our issue.

Not really. You don't really stop earning cash even if you're not using banks because you can just hold or get rewarded of fiat on hand. In bitcoin however, you really can't earn them if you don't have a wallet since a wallet is your bitcoin receiver.

If you loose your money in banks with their negligence then you will get full support from banks to recover your money, but that is not possible with bitcoin, once its gone, its gone forever.

Yes bitcoin wallet allows us to do that, as we have total control on our money and we can access or use our money whenever and from wherever we want, in fact we have our own bank in the form of bitcoin wallet.

That's a good reason man but if you look at deeper, banks has more advantage than bitcoins because it is widely recognize and govern by the government officials, they have the central bank to monitor the compliance of the banks ( private or public) to ensure that depositors money were protected.

that wat you are saying to be an advantage is for a lot people here not an advantage. they prefer to have full control over everything they own. they don't want governments and banks to be in charge. we are our own government and central bank with bitcoin. it's pure freedom for people.

well, I have to choose bank wallet because in my area bitcoin as payment  method doesn't support. So, for my live I need bank account to pay bill or anything. Also, if I convert my Fiat to bitcoin,  I can lose my money. because bitcoin prices is getting down. So, after all this fact I will prefer bank account rather than bitcoin wallet.
