Bank or Bitcoin Wallet?

The bitcoin wallet no doubt about that, in my country many people do not have access to banks but with bitcoin you don’t even have to own a computer or a cellphone as long as you can access to one for a short period of time you will be fine

i think country where we can't acces bank is very far from city, and the internet conection usually is very hard too, in this case the goverment must build infrastructur at your village.

The btc wallet is a great option, but the problem is that we depend on paper money to live today. Taking this into consideration, I would choose both to use.

A bank account vs a wallet is a easy choice. Banks allow us to pay our bills like rent and phone bills. Bitcoin not yet which makes a bank account mandatory and a wallet a hobby.
This will change but now we have to deal with the banks.

That is because you are not in the right country, but here in my country you can pay bills with the use of bitcoin. And I've using that for a lot of months already and that is why for me bitcoin wallet is going to be just like your online bank. But for me they are going to be a good tandem for your own good, banks for cash and bitcoin wallet for your bitcoinss.

Agree there are already sites do offer  to use your bitcoin  on paying your bills instead of  using banks which is somehow do give us convenience to use bitcoin users and it really depends on the country which you live in. Bitcoin wallet and  banks would be still good to choose both because bitcoin is not fully adopted in any country as of now.

I would certainly choose bitcoin wallet,  because it has proven to be more secure  and it is easier to use, from  my point of view. I should add the  fact that, when using it,  we can have much more control over the funds..

Yes I am agree with you. Bank is secure place to save our money, but we have to pay administration fee, advanced fee etc. That is a lot of fee. Wallet is low of fee cost although sometime it is gonna be unsecure. Everything in internet can be hacked by someone.

Yes indeed bitcoin wallet and bank have advantages and disadvantages of each. But in my opinion to save money I prefer a safe, although a lot of costs, but security remains the number one. So I chose to save the bank as a guarantee of security, and I chose bitcoin for investment.

Control or managing it on your own. That is the main reason I picked this kind of thing. I want to see and experience on my own how it will move and how it feels when the profit is coming for just a manner of time.

agree with your statement, having bitcoin at our wallet is like we have own bank.
so no people can touch our money. but bitcoin is not familiar for "real life", only some people who using bitcoin. at this case we need bank to faily transaction.

Well obviously bitcoin gives you way more freedom and privacy then when joining a bank.. But the difference is the bank kind of insures you up till a certain amount, and bitcoin doesn't.
Still I pick bitcoin over the bank I like "owning" my money.

Yeah, because once we adopt with bank bitcoin cannot implement its system because the anonymity will be gone, bitcoin is popular because it protects our privacy and we can transact with anonymity anytime we want, unlike in bank where we need to adopt with their rules and also the charges is way bigger.

Isn't it risky if you are accessing your online wallet on computer or cellphone that you do not own. It can be embedded with keylogger and they will hack your account. Bitcoin is unhackable but your online wallet can be hacked. And it is your responsibility to protect and secure your coins.

After thinking a bit about this question I realize that I need both. Bank is where I keep money from real work, with that money I pay bills, I buy food. I`m for some time in bitcoin world, and this become some kind of habit in my life. I stand up in the morning, check price of bitcoin and sometimes some altcoins, I check what people talk here, I open some poker tournament, or some other game.
With my bank account I can`t do what I do with bitcoins, and with bitcoins I can`t do what I can with bank card. For now I need both things, and I think situation will stay the same in next decade.

Isn't it risky if you are accessing your online wallet on computer or cellphone that you do not own. It can be embedded with keylogger and they will hack your account. Bitcoin is unhackable but your online wallet can be hacked. And it is your responsibility to protect and secure your coins.

Therefore you refrain from doing that because if you want to protect your investment you need to observe precaution at all times, remember that is you money therefore you should do all means to protect it so that in the future you will be able to spend your earnings.

You may keep using both, but if you had to choose one or the other? I would go into bitcoin, because i like to invest and with fiat weekend and investment arent compatible, with bitcoin besides the low fee, its 24/7 all the year.

I think the small fee charged to transact using bitcoin is more a priority than being anonymous because bitcoin is not completely anonymous.

Yeh that is certainly true. But for now, we can't do it just by using bitcoin. Because the Foundation has not had the bitcoin strengthen existing transactions in the world, so we still need the Bank to exchange money in order to buy something that is yet to be done in the bitcoin

bank / bitcoin ?. in terms of profit in my opinion is better to use bitcoin. but on the other hand bitcoin in my country has not been legalized. other than that bitcoin is also still a lot of pros and cons.

Having said the above, the open network with its immutability, or the incorruptibility of bitcoin’s blockchain, is well-suited for money movement and will have much more trust and security level as against the private bank blockchains, which the banks are working.

They should combine the security and public consensus nature of bitcoin blockchain with that of banks experience and capability of server security.

The ideal solution could be that the banks provide high security bitcoin wallet service along with many other wallet service providers and we are able to seamlessly transact bitcoin and fiat currency using the public consensus blockchain system and that we will have the freedom to store money in bank wallets, exchange wallets, wallet service provides or in our own hard disk.
