Your right Spots as usual sorry for doubting you please bring back the checkpoint server we clearly know that Bittrex was wrong.
speak for yourself i prefer to see short local forks which is a problem of a few nodes, than network-wide rollback which makes exchanges angry Lol, still assuming I'm the one that fucked up. That's cute

That's cute doesn't matter who's fault it was, simply not crypto-style to rely on a server. i saw it in my log, the same as trex and ccex logs: "REORGANIZE: Disconnect 1721 blocks; ...." total recall your server can be compromised, ddos'd, you may turn tired, aggressive, suicidal,.. female. and there'll be big trouble again For someone who whines about the length of debug.log, you're not very good at interpreting the results

well guys it looks like 1337 is having the same problem. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1319833.new#newSo can any one confirm if staking large amounts at the same time can cause the coin too fork and if so is this what happened last time?. just seems strange that its the hi rate pos coins that seem to be in maintenance all the time on some exchanges.

It would seem that CCEX is staking 1337 so therefore maybe the same with CUBE. Looks like they won't stop staking until block 1000000.

If that's true, it would create bad image and reputation for exchanges who're doing that; ripping the traders of the stakes that should be theirs, whatever the volume...

Hi spots
I'm just wondering what causes the forks if there are any, i don't seem to have any problem with my wallet and i'm sure plenty more don't ether, would just like more info so i can get my head around this stuff.
And from what i have seen the best people to ask are the ones making the coins.

Spots 2 things about the wallet 2.0a I have noticed which isn't urgent :
1. Can't expand the wallet to fill the screen making it harder for me to count my transactions 2. Also the transparency in send is a bit annoying because it makes it harder to make out the info

ccex has that image permanently since VNC story, they simply calculate what's more profitable - fees or staking, when deposited volume is enough and there's a risk of losing huge profit - coin gets put on maintenance, nobody cares of reputation there, of course they keep good relationships with devs of such coins I see... Thanx for the info

I have tried ticket, chatbox, and Skype to find out why ccex wallet is down. No response on any of those. I give up with them
Would be really cool if exchanges would stop fucking around with a coin that has had no actual problems for nearly a year

Crypto has taught me one thing.... is it is terrifying how many ppl don't understand money management. they just put it in their pocket take out and and spend, but don't understand the concept of how it got there how it exists why it exists and most importantly how to properly use it, save, and make it grow. :/
going back to CUBE...
To insure you have sufficient balance in your CUBE wallet, go wallet -> on the web -> coinage
you have to have a minimum of the coinage value amount in your balance or in any single transaction input (coins sent to your wallet or to yourself) to hit a stake reward everyday.

I'm talking about getting self-educated, cause as things are the system doesn't do it so well.
I've literally learned everything I know up to this point on my own with most information found in written documents and what i could get from ppl that were willing to provide any help at all. But one thing for sure some reason in the crypto world not many actually want to assist each other, they keep leaving ppl hanging most of the time when you ask something :/
I've done it too maybe just out of laziness. but damn the world needs teachers! as you are right nobody is born with the knowledge of today.
