Well, iota made a good little effort today to break the decline. Too bad it doesn't seem to stick. Some serious moves by the developers seem needed to avoid getting left behind. Maybe quickly ditching the central coordinator will help.

I buy on the dips, even when the price is rising there's always a bit of a dip, it all goes into one big bucket in the end, and my bucket is overflowing with IOTA.

  can I ask you if  there is  any  web wallet  website  for  IOTA?  I am  talking about Web Wallet, not desktop wallet

Also  how  is  difficult  for  the  avearage  joe  to set up a  desktop wallet?  Do you need  update  it  evrytime? Otherwise  you will lose the coins

If in doubt, either wait or only invest a fraction of your money.
I'd invest 25% if i'd consider prices to dump to 25%, for example.
In the end it's gambling. How much of your earnings are you willing to take to the casino?

Market is filled with dumb money - bots react to dumb money pumps and dumps; iota just rides the wave stagnant because dumb money doesn't invest into fundamentals, of which IOTA has the strongest.
