is it possible to use specified command and force wallet to
use all balance for staking, not only one part?

Well, I think you should send all the coins to yourself in one transaction, disable stake splitting and goto settings and use minimum age (EXPERIMENTAL)

True; but so far, they haven't delisted any coins. So as long as the network remains viable, there will be some hope for liquidity. Unless, Yobit goes offline or there is absolutely no buy support left.
