The New PoS Scheme is blocking the verification of the blocks during the old PoS Scheme, so I fixed it but it still needs rigiourous testing

EDIT: Not so optimistic for MemoryCoin Hash Introduction but will be fun to experiment with

Edt: I think it's going really well so far and I'm excited for another PoS schedule, but it's getting harder to hit blocks already as it is with the network and miners grown every day. would you increase block rewards in addition to this new algorithm?

I made the rewards based on the common model, I do not intend to change it
