Timberwolves @ Rockets: Both teams have the potential to make a great run this season, but the lack of depth has kept them from bringing in a winning record. Even at their best, the Wolves will be unable to bring in a win against the Rockets who have been playing much better this season. Expect a one-sided affair and rout from the Rockets to the Wolves. so i will take Rockets -11.5 @1.95

Tonight, it’s fair to say that this game will be taken by the Warriors, but a 22 point spread is one of the biggest this season and might be hard to cover. Even with one of the best offensive teams this season, the Nets could make a case coming into this game as one of the best adversaries on the road. Expect this game to go over the total and a one-sided win by the Warriors, but ultimately won’t cover the spread.

maybe placing bets with handicap would much be a gamble to do here, as we knew how strong gsw when it came to covering spread and like you have said nets could have some chance but if gsw play well tonight with their 3 stars which can convert more points over is also possible to be covered lets see what will happen.

What's more exciting about this match is that it's Lou Williams' first home game. With such a surprising debut last time vs the Pelicans, this will be his statement game.

Well, that was actually a great move by the rockets, they just added a player who can score and can be trusted in the last minute of the game. Lou Williams is the best player in the Lakers despite being just a second unit, this guys has a pure talent and there is a big reason why he won the six man of the year, years ago.

This whole Shaq and JaVale McGee feud is just sad. Shaq is acting like a bully and it is just getting into a twitter war that is just very childish. How old are you now Shaq something like 50? Come one now. Atleast Kevin Durant was a real man and shut him down during an interview and called out him saying he can't shoot when he was playing and was just a big guard who had no skills. Just hope that ended it cause it's no place to start acting childish in sports and just grow up.

If that's what you meant I guess the video was really funny, I have seen several videos in youtube and I cannot really help my self but to laugh so hard. It was epic fail man, Javale looks like he lack focus when he is playing back then. Don't know if there are still new "Shactin a fool" videos for Javale as a Warriors player.

No the parody on his show highlight reels of the night or whatever it is. Where he is doing the Doctor Strange thing with him being the druid. That was funny with him showing the missed dunks by JaVale. Then the stupidity of a twitter war ensewed afterwards. Sort of Trump-esqe if you ask me. Why are these grown men acting like high school bullies with tweets anyways. It is sad state we are living in now with free rain on anybody on twitter. Atleast Durrant showed his face on live tv and owned up to his words like a real man does to lock that sh*t down! Shame on you Shaq, you are just a worthless P.O.S if you can't show your own face and have to hide behind a twitter account to say what you got to say to a man about what you think of him. You got a bigger crew than he does? You should bring it to the next GSW home team game then! HAH!

Currently, Houston has the no. 1 and 2 candidate for the sixth man of the year award with Williams and Gordon. I watched Houston vs Timberwolves, a high scoring game and all I can say is that Timberwolves lost because of poor defense. I thought they hired coach Thibs to help the team to improved their defense but I haven't seen it for the Timberwolves so far.

Lou deserved to be in a team where there is a chance to enter in the playoffs and not on a garbage team. With his presence in the Rockets, it will give harden a good rest as since he is the star player of the team he needs to preserve that energy that is needed in the 4q where crucial minutes should be played well to win.

Indeed if harden can have some good rest and play fresh in the last quarter surely they will get a big chance to advance in the final round chances to get some wins against either gsw sa or clippers that have opportunity to advance in the west finals. Williams will be use in a quality minutes for sure.

New Orleans Pelicans Vs Oklahoma City Thunder I am going with a Thunder -5.5. Pelicans have added Cousins but he has not adjusted to his new team yet. Westbrook averages 30 points per game and is Thunder's best player. I am confident there is no problem in Thunder clearing the handicap at home as Thunder offense is very good.

Free agent guard Deron Williams has cleared waivers and told the Cleveland Cavaliers he intends to sign with them. Williams was waived earlier this week by Dallas. He will give the defending NBA champions a playmaker they've needed all season and one LeBron James demanded.

They need a experienced guard like Deron Williams. It was evident in their lost against the Bulls. Irving was the only reliable playmaker they made so getting a guard with the caliber of Williams will relieve some pressure on Irving shoulders.

He had 4 rebounds in just 40 seconds of play at the boards. That was amazing effort on his part to not show him as just another lazy NBA playa that collects a multiple million dollar paycheque at the end of the day! Shaq just stop with your Twitter Attaq now! He proved himself to your taunts and abusive talk on his reputation as a player in the NBA.

Kinda mid-happy here since I like Deron Williams to be stay at the Dallas Mavericks. But it seems it's just fine now since Williams performance in their recent Mavs game is not that appealing. And no worries for the Mavs as the position that Williams will left is easily replaceable due to lots of guards in Mavs squad that showing some good stats now like Seth Curry, Yogi Ferrel and Wesley Matthews. On the other hand, D. Will is a great addition on the Cavs as it will minimize the loads of Kyrie Irving. And Kyrie is more on shooting guard than a playmaker based on my view since he entered NBA. Let's see now if D. Will can meet the Cavs target plays.

He made his career high 31 points against the Minnesota Timberwolves yesterday night. Seth has stabelised the backcourt of the mavs now. He has good offense and apparently suprisingly good defense according to sports writer Zach Lowe.

Irving was the only reliable playmaker they made so getting a guard with the caliber of Williams will relieve some pressure on Irving shoulders. Deron Williams will be a great addition to the team, remember that Lebron has been the playmaker all year. Irving is a reluctant PG, he only passes the ball as last resort, he's more of a SG and a pure score than a proper point guard and playmaker. Deron Williams in my opinion if healthy can even be a starter if JR Smith doesn't come back strong enough. The problem is that he's too injury prone and his defense is questionable to say the least. I think the Cavs will make it work though, Derrick Williams has been having some great games and will continue to improve under Lebron's wing, the guy is young and has potential. Let's see if they sign Larry Sanders or Bogut (maybe even both). I feel Sanders has more potential even if he's a risky bet. Bogut seems to be done as a player and doesn't fit at all in the Cavs team in my opinion but you can't deny his experience, passing and rim protection skills (even diminished with the recent injury).

These responses are to be expected from kids on the playground at a basketball court of a school yard. Some people should just be banned after they start swearing and abusing others on all these social media sites. I think facebook has started doing that but now it seems they need it on twitter all the sudden too. This isn't even about basketball anymore and just mud slinging back and forth now like a couple of oversized children.
