They need chemistry in order to win and when that chemistry will blend properly then I think they have a chance to win in the East, but
they cannot underestimate the Raptors who have Leonard now and the Raptors have been playing as well. These 2 teams are my favorites in the East.

IMO, this trade involving Butler will not do any good to the Sixers. Players with diva attitude don't blend well with other players with a diva attitude also. Sixers is some sort of a Joel Embiid's team which also have a diva attitude and i don't think that they will blend easily. Someone have to give up his pride for the best of their team. With the addition of Butler, the Sixers will have a rough ride this season. Just my thought.

But it will do good for Wolves. As long as D.Rose will remain healthy they don't need a player like Jimmy Butler. If he can make a chemistry along with Simons and Embiid, that could add Sixers to make them more competitive or deadly but as you said it seems it won't be easy because of attitude problem.

Having that same thought by now when I read your comment.
It seems like their chemistry will be a difficult one. But if Butler finds family in the Sixers team then maybe there will be a chance.

But he want to be a star then 3 of them will have to compete for that or help each other.
Pride can stay but there are times you will have to give way.

Still I would prefer for the Sixers management to get a pure 3 pointer for them to be scary team.

Simmons can pass all over the floor but is Butler ready for that. I dont see plays like that in Twolves. He is good with one on one but never in positioning to get a better look to score.

Look, the Timberwolves won against the NET and Derrick Rose is scoring 20's, I believe the trade is good for the Timberwolves because it can give
Rose more playing time and it will help him back to his old form. I like the progress of Rose really and I hope it will also reflect to the team's performance positively.

You cannot underestimate the New Orleans Pelicans because they are a good team with Davis, if you remember they beat the Rockets at home
also and Rockets are as good as the Raptors.

You cannot underestimate the New Orleans Pelicans because they are a good team with Davis, if you remember they beat the Rockets at home

Well unexpected things happen all the time and i don't think the raptors are even thinking of a long undefeated streak. Upsets are a normal thing and it doesn't change anything anyways, the raptors will still probably be in the top 2 come the playoffs.

Nice point, but if you look at the previous games of Raptors where they won games, you will see that Lowry is scoring double digits.
I think if he have the skills to score then why not help the team in that sector, Kawhi is great but needs help from his teammates, good thing they have lots of good players who can step up.

Let's just say they have a bad night and they loss one game but you cannot still eliminate the fact that they are the number 1 team in the East right now.

It looks like they are trying new plays. Just my opinion though.
Last time Kawhi was not playing and it gave them a good lead but something might have been sorted by the coach.
Maybe some "why ifs". Like what if Kawhi is out again for injuries which could go back anytime. I mean, they need new role players and it could not just be Kawhi and Lowry over and over again. Their plays will be easily read and defensive strategies will be used when their going for those repeated plays.

They need their second stringer to step up.

Let's just see on how the season progress. With you telling that the raptors are not a title contender and that is your belief. Anyway, the season is still far from over and there would be a lot to happen. With kawhi on raptors will make it more deadly to other team.

I think its too early to say that they are not a title contender because their roster is better than the previous roster for me. With Kawhi and Lowry who are both good on defense, I think what lacks for them is the offensive part but I know that other players will do it.

Yes. It is too very early to tell. Butler is yet to fit with the Sixers while Raptors may end up trading Kahwi if they cannot secure him a solid contract. Honestly, I like the Raptors. They're a good fit and they will improve more.

Finally there are some troubles coming from warriors locker room. They have one of the most joyful and jolly friendship type of team in the NBA as far as I can remember. Back when Jordan won he was known to be a not so great teammate, even punched Steve Kerr once, when Kobe and Shaq won they started to hate each other, when Lebron won in Miami he was there as rental and left them.

Basically aside from Spurs almost all teams had something going on eventually. Warriors looked like they were all "friends" playing together. With this Kevin Durant versus Raymond green chatter going on and the warriors picking the Durant side on this fight, I think Draymond will leave soon when his contract is over. I am not making a big deal out of this but it clearly shows they won't give him the 44 million max he can get, it would be idiotic to offer him 44 million anyway and today showed they won't.

Sixers is having a hard time dealing with the Boston Celtics. We all saw that during playoffs and on their first meetup this season they are outscored by 18 points. Now let's see if they can handled Celtics now next month for their 2nd meetup this season with a new wingman on their lineup.

This is what I didn't expect. The Dallas Mavericks won against the Utah Jazz with a score of 118-68. A blowout win for the Mavs. So far this is the largest lead win this season. Anybody knows what happened to the Jazz?? I didnt watch the whole game .

The Pistons upsets the Raptors in their home because of a buzzer beater win. Coach Casey is very happy with his team

Well, I can say the Sixers will not become a top caliber playoff team unless Simmons starts to shoot from mid and long range. I know he is a very talented player, but he cant just rely on pure penetration offensive mindset, his offensive strategy becomes very predictable. If he can shoot 3's and hit high percentage mid range jumpers, then the Sixers will be one of the scariest team with their current roster.
On the other hand, I guess Lebron haters would be a bit bitter now, since the Laker team are starting to gel together now lol.
