I guess Lebron is always careful, from taking care of his body to playing in the court, injury happen and there's nothing you can do about it. The good news is that it's just a sprain uncle and he can still return this season.

Yes, Lakers for sure will go on a losing streak because James is out. Looking at their schedule:

vs Suns - ouch! great team
vs Pelicans - 50/50
vs 76ers - another great team from the East
vs Cavs - winnable for them

So based on their next 4 games, it will be tough for them probably will go 1/3, in my opinion.

Cavaliers is the weakest team among the 4, but if they will keep losing, their confident might go down and that would make them vulnerable to losing even against a weaker team. Cavaliers is not that bad, they have won some games too so if Lakers will be on a losing streak, I'm afraid I'll bet on the Cavaliers to win.

Just because I know LeBron is already recovering and some says he could be back in 3 weeks and some say he will miss the play offs ....I do hope he will be back for play-offs but as long as he got the injuries , the title chances for Lakers are kinda gone.

I'd say this will be hard for Lakers now that their main players are gone but I think LeBron will surely be fine, I think he's capable of that, ageing might hit him this time or maybe just some mistake.

The main reason why Lakers became a champion last season, particularly in the Bubble is because of Davis and Lebron James. These two will be missing in action for a while so definitely it's expected that Lakers will struggle, on the other hand, it will also give a chance for the other players to step up their game and try to win games while their 2 superstars are out.

Good chance for the Knicks to win against the Sixers but honestly I would not bet on this game, I realized that despite the absence of Embiid, Sixers are still winning and they are 3-1 in their last 4 games without Embiid including a win against the knicks (99-96).

He will not miss the playoffs, but I also dont believe he will be back before 1 month passes. Anthony Davis will definitely return before LeBron. And it will be up to him from what spot Lakers will fight in the playoff.  In next 6-8 games, Lakers will have to play without both of them and that will be very tricky.

Yeah sixers are a good team without him too so its definately going to be a good game, hopefully the knicks can be on the right side of the score.  They need get a decent string of wins together.  That 7-8-9 spot in the East is going to be a battle between a ton of teams.

Sixers have a much deeper bench and like what you have said they are keep on winning even without Embiid, the question here is how determine both teams.

Sixers to keep thier first spot while with the Knicks they've needed the win to continue the chase of securing their playoff birth.
It's been  a long time for them this season might give them that waited chance.

I do not think that would happen this year, he shouldn't force himself because even without him the team is definitely good enough to make it to playoffs. Now they are missing both AD and Lebron together and we see how they will do, I think they will not become bad enough to miss the playoffs, they will still be a playoff level team with the current lineup. Obviously not as good as when those two plays but still enough to make it to playoffs.

Time well tell but having those 2 wont play on the court would really be a big problem, not to say that they are fully dependent on the main players but these guys do have a big role.
We have seen the lack of something when AD wasnt there and its really noticeable.Try to look their losing streak which you can say that they can really handle it out

I would not bet on the Rockets until they win, the struggle might continue and they might be able to break the all time longest losing streak, they just need a 29 losing streak, lol... They had their chance but they wasted it. Anyway, finally the Boston Celtics able to break their losing streak with a win against the Magic, 96-112, that was a good win. Brown finally explode in this game with 34 points with 83% of its shot attempt are in 3 points.

Their ranking is going down at rank number 7 now with 21-21 (w-l), I'm not use to seeing them in the rank, they are suppose to be in the top 4 but they really struggle. I'm hoping Smart to be more consistent too, if this team will remain healthy, they still have a good chance of improving their ranking and earn the home court advantage in the Playoffs.

The main reason why Lakers became a champion last season, particularly in the Bubble is because of Davis and Lebron James. These two will be missing in action for a while so definitely it's expected that Lakers will struggle, on the other hand, it will also give a chance for the other players to step up their game and try to win games while their 2 superstars are out.

Time to show some of other players what they got but I think Lakers is still competitive without these two and they shouldn't be treated as if they are not a threat. Though we may see they'll struggle I think it will not be that huge feat I think they got some role players out there like KCP, THT (might be the one that got LBJ role), Schroder, Gasol and much more or even Kuzma might take LBJ role.

They are but as I said they will still be a threat and for sure they'll do what they can even just to get that spot in the playoffs.

They will certain struggle, but they still have a chance of making it to the playoffs as long as they will not follow the path of the Houston Rockets.

30 games remaining for them as per my manual count of the schedules, if they can at least win 50% of that, I guess they'll still be in the playoffs, considering Lebron is still not going back in the regular season but it's unlikely as the injury is just a sprain.
