but we have to understand that Kuzma was a big contributor during the NBA Finals where Lakers won.
Game1 - 3 PTS / 22 MINS = Lakers win by 18 Game 2 - 11 PTS / 21 MINS = Lakers win by 10 Game 3 - 19 PTS / 23 MINS = Lakers lose by 11Game 4 - 9 PTS / 19 MINS = Lakers win by 6 Game 5 - 7 PTS / 22 MINS = Lakers lose by 3Game 6 - 2 PTS / 22 MINS = Lakers win by 13 Sorry but I don't know where's the part that Kuzma is a big contributor on the last year's NBA Finals. Anyways, just to be clear, we are not judging Kuzma here in a negative way. It's that just we noticed his "consistent inconsistency" throughout the 4 seasons of his career as a Lakers on which he should suppose to be in his prime. Maybe LeBron saw something special in Kuzma. I don't know but LeBron kept bragging about Kuzma being one of the league's face in the future. But the main issue about him is his inconsistency. He could've stepped up when It matters most during the absence of their 2 best players. We'll he have stepped up and lead his team in points during that time, but they have struggled to win games. In fairness to him, I could say that he's not really a bad defender. He can actually guard tightly. His defensive presence is a good addition to win games, but then again his offensive inconsistency makes him looks like he's just a mediocre player. Maybe he sees that now but that would change according to Kuzma's performance, nothing is permanent actually as this is business, players are paid with expectation, so if they will not live to that expectation, expect a move by the management to move him. Lebron could influence the management, but if Kuzma will become a burden, the team will struggling, he needs to choose.

I agree, it's better if they've released Kuzma than Green. Well, I think he became like an ambassador and attached to the team name itself, Lakers. When you say Lakers, fans would remember him but not his performances. We usually remember the bad performance of a player when the team was struggling, during the Finals last season, although the Lakers loss some games but we never thought they would lose in the series because they were a heavy favorite, and Heat was just a surprise. @harizen, nice stats.. that's a real argument with proof. That's how fans are including us. Lebron could influence the management, but if Kuzma will become a burden, the team will struggling, he needs to choose.
Bron is one of the biggest contributor in terms of decision making and if he's that they're struggling and he has an eye for it, he really has to decide and recommend the change to the management but I think it won't happen this time.

I don't know whats happening to kuzma as he is capable to score 30+ in a game but for the stats he's showing it stated that he's not comfortable in their rotation, maybe he's not totally good with lebron as he keeps struggling to contribute to his team, maybe lakers should trade them to find good piece if they want to win the champ next season. I know Kuz got a big potential but maybe he can released his potential on another team.

I used to remember when Him and Clarkson playing together they are both offensives, same a like when Kobe and Eddie Jones are playing together. I was expecting more from him when LeBron transferred to LA thinking that he'll be a good wing for Lebron. But same with how you see the type of game he got, being inconsistent is the very first thing that you'll going to notice from him. Unlike with Clarkson where you'll see improvements with the type of game he's showing to all his fans, Kuzma should adjust for good.

Maybe the reason for his inconsistency is that he is still adjusting or that he is being shadowed by other players in his team, that could be the case but I think that Kuzma is going to be able to be good player, just give him the time to adjust.

I think are looking too much in the stat sheets that we forget the hustle plays and impact of the player on the floor, for example, defensive effort, pressure the player with the ball, and being by other players when they are on the floor, those are not shown in the stats and we all know that if there is something wrong Lebron always tell it to the person, but in this case, Lebron seems to like the guys which mean, something the player is doing right, even without scoring, we all play ball admit it when you are playing with a person that we like the games seems to be easier.

I still don't see them as a Finals contender but I believed soon, they will be rebranded into Mavericks' 2011 championship roster and Luka will get his first ring.
No one really can foretold about this young gun's journey but I believe he can do it, we've seen him breaking records after records and just a matter of time that he'll be getting that ring. He's still young and if I were him I'd take this trial of times as a gradual process for his development throughout the league, I believe he'll find the right team that will lead him onto that ring.

So far Luka's path to NBA greatness is already there, he just needed a ring. And probably him and KP are not a good tandem in my opinion and they need at least another good player to compliment them. Maybe Tim Hardaway Jr could be a perfect fit, but we will have to see how he will perform in the playoffs. I don't think that they can reach even the Western Conference finals, but this will be a good experience for the time and probably will have to chance and shake things up next year with a upgrade.

When it comes to playoffs, the team will take the early exits will be unpredictable sometimes the number one seed will also hit the exit door if they met with a strong opponent. Like what happened to the number 1 Spurs vs the number 8 Memphis last time. The most likely problem to occur is when the playoff comes, there will be lots of players who are getting injured in a team and that's the main reason why a team that supposed to climb to the Finals will meet their end soon. If there are no injuries on both teams, then expect a long game between them probably game 6-7.

Maybe LeBron saw something special in Kuzma. I don't know but LeBron kept bragging about Kuzma being one of the league's face in the future.
His eyes must be really blurry now due to aging if he can't see the stats or even without stats. If there is a time to step up, it's now. Not tomorrow or next season. Showcase how a champion should play. I may have to pick Lonzo Ball staying on Lakers rather than him. Not Clarkson, he's too good for them and he already found his new home. The Knicks again fighting back with the Nuggets cutting the lead to 16 but it's just not enough. I like how they are not giving up easily and it pumped them more to put efforts in defending. 6 amazing blocks for Nerlens Noel. I bet most of them will be added in his highlight reel especially the two consecutive blocks from the Green dunk then another when he tries to put it back.

I guess the Mavericks will have a chance to be only in the second round of the playoffs because if they finish this season in 5th place, they will meet the Clippers. However, it's worth noting that the Clippers already beat the Mavs in six games in the first round of the previous postseason.

I think Luka fits for everyone he tandems, it's just that Porzingis was into injuries and I think when the playoffs come that will still be the same where he'll miss some games again. Luka is a genius and I think he will be the face of the NBA in the coming years to come.

IMO, Luka would fit to any teammates, except Lebron James, lol.. Luka has to keep his current position if we want to see everything from him, if he pair with a superstar who holds the ball, then probably his production will drop, he should be the main man.

Lebron is better than Luka, the best in the NBA now so it's expected that he will handle the ball as that is what he usually does. Luka does not need to pair with Lebron, he is a good team player so he needs to choose his teammates wisely, and the management also has to ensure that a player they'll acquire is someone that could help the team's chemistry not ruining it.

Lebron talks about all of his teammates that way, he just likes to get the players to like him and he doesn't just do it by saying stuff, he does it financially as well.
Remember Cavs? Dude managed to get Tristian Thompson, Della, JR freacking Smith, Kevin Love all get paid way way way more than what they are worth, and that made him loved by his teammates as well. He is doing that same here, Kuzma is not a great player everyone knows this, but he is also not a terrible player neither and people saw something in him.

The battle for LA tonight on TNT. Lakers vs Clippers. This is always a matchup I have circled on my calendar. With LeBron back and the addition of Drummond this should be a good game. I like Kawhi & PG13, but I think they’re overrated because of Kawhi’s legendary run in Toronto. They have to prove themselves in the post season this year. Enjoy the game!

Yeah, I read Kuzma also had a dinner with Kobe to talk about basketball, Kobe didn't do that with Ingram, nor D'lo, nor Randle, but he did that with Kuzma as well. He may not be a great player, but he is definitely a good role player at the very least, and points are not the only things, there are other stats and there are other things not even stats show that could be good, Kuzma is definitely a good role player thanks to all those tangibles.

Just look at this way, Lakers wasted good players like Clarkson and Randle, they are not right all the time. Look at these two now, if they only stayed with the Lakers and their talent were appreciated, they could be a big help to the team with Lebron playing, actually they don't anymore need AD, they can give these two a good contract.
