We can suppose that the Blazers will lose 3 of the remaining five games. In this case, the Lakers will need to win at least four upcoming games to return to rank 6. I guess the Lakers can win the Rockets, the Pacers, and the Pelicans, but they most likely will lose the Suns and the Knicks.

Blazers are also wanting to be in the safe spot, they will play hard to win and Blazers is a healthy team now, they can beat any team, even the Clippers, Jazz, and Nuggets if Lillard and CJ are playing well. The Lakers do not deserve to be in the top 6 with the way they are playing now.

This is a good game, expect that. I'm seeing a very close game and probably an OT as well.

Spurs may not have the best players in the NBA, but they are not a team to underestimate, due to the brilliance of their coach, they can find a way to win in any game, even crucial ones. I've watched the 76ers vs Spurs, Spurs were an underdog in that game but they always beat the 76ers and knowing that the 76ers are better than the Blazers, I guess I will not doubt they can beat the Blazers.

I do not really think that Lakers care about winning right now. All they care about is getting everyone back on the court and helping them get back on their schedule, as long as they have a 100% ready AD and 100% ready Lebron when the playoff comes, that is going to be more than enough.

I think that I'm agreeing with you on that.

As long as their roster is complete, no matter where they are right now, they're going to qualify to the playoffs with that strong they have.

They'll be having a match later against Portland Blazers and both of them has the same standing, 37 wins - 29 losses.

The sad news is that Lebron may still not play, and probably Davis is available but I doubt they'll win this game. As of now, the betting line is -7.5 for the Blazers, line tells that stars of the Lakers are missing, and who knows, Davis might not play too.

So Russell Westbrook already tied with Oscar Robertson with 181 triple-doubles.
Tuesday, they will be playing against the Hawks and WB could break that record. He had so much game left and he have more gas than Bradley Beal.
He still looks young to break a record that was made a long time ago. I think it's Jokic who will be the next to break this record next to him if he stay healthy.
Doncic is also a good candidate.

Rusell is a freak of nature, he will score if there is an opportunity I don't consider him stats padding all season, that's what he really built for a scorer and also a decent defender, I think when you are a star everyone knows you need to score and as a star player of any team your job is to score, make some stops if your team will just make a good defense but won't score you can't win, its the job of every player to score if necessary or if there is a chance.

Lakers have been doing really bad and come down to the 7th position in their conference. We are very close to the end of the regular season. If they don't manage to finish at top 6, they won't be able to promote to the 1/8 finals. Lebron James is likely to return on May 11. I hope it comes true and he can save the team.

Nah, not that easy, he is on and off in basketball, he might not be as confident as he was before he was injured, and we also have to pay attention to the risk of re-injuring himself again. Lakers has really dropped, they need a win of course but I don't really mind if they will rank 7 or 8, as long as they make it to the playoffs, as they still have a good chance of upsetting a higher ranking team.

They keep on winning because they face a weaker team, they just have 2 straight wins now but on the same team which is the OKC.
With that win, that brings them to number 8 in the ranking and their chances now in the playoffs have improved.

The next game is against the Utah Jazz, if they will beat the Jazz, then I'll go hands down for them especially Curry.

The Lakers will undoubtedly go to that new "play-in tournament" which Lebron Hates the most. He wants to fire whoever invented that kind of innovation in the NBA. As you can see, they are struggling too much this few games away from the NBA playoffs. the next games will be a real battle for them. Guess that their plan to make AD and Lebron in the late games of the tournament was not successful since they are having some hard time adjusting back to the games that's why they keep losing these few games left.

On East there are 4 teams that could still play in play in. Knicks, Hawks, Heat and Celtics.  Celtics play two times with Heat and once with Knicks, so they hold keys to not be in play in in their hands. If they win those 3 games they are out. Heat also. if they win both games against Celtics they are out although their schedule is hard. Hawks have easiest schedule and are definitely safe and will probably start playoffs from 4th position.

The Warriors needed all the help they can give to Curry to push the team and gets closer to the Lakers for the 7th spot. So every game counts now specially 6-10 who are battling for a position.

Fair to say they’ll cover the over. As a team they’re shooting 55% from the three point line so far. Just one of those days you want to get over with for the Celtics I guess.

Boston need to trim it to manageable lead going into the fourth quarter so that we will have a ball game here. I like this Fournier guy, he has a good touch from the perimeter but can dribble penetrate.

I think it is about seed this year and not how close isn't it? Maybe I know wrong but the teams at 7th and 8th seed will play for 7th seed and winner of 9th and 10th will play for a chance of 8th, then loser of 7th and 8th game will play the winner of 9th and 10th and the winner of that will become 8th seed. That is what I know will happen on both, so no matter how close it is, 11th is out for sure in both cases, and no matter how further away the 10th will have a chance. That is what I got from the FAQ of NBA website but that is what I understood, maybe I am wrong.

At the end of the day whoever bets on Lakers not being in the playoffs this year and losing during the play in tournament will be very mistaken, they are a very good team and they will most definitely end up winning for sure. They will have Lebron back and AD healthy by that time for sure.

Unfortunately, Boston was not able to make a complete come back and they lose this game. It was still the same Heat who beat Boston in the last ECF,  and it's good to see them playing again, maybe we will see them again in the playoffs and the Celtics has to make revenge here. Nice points distribution here for both teams, it's just that Boston was not able to make a comeback like what they did against the Spurs,  not enough time.

They are up against the Phoenix Suns, and they are +7.5.
will the lakers pull an upset today? they need a win and this win will be big if they can do it.
I believe they still have Davis in this game, so probably they have a chance to win.

Well we say in his past interviews that he wanted to go to Portland because that's his hometown.

And we wanted to play along side Lillard, so we will have to see about that.
