Lakers will need to sacrifice a lot of their key player just to get Giannis because Bucks will surely not gonna take Ayton and a couple of draft picks/bench for Giannis trade.

Lakers is doing good with their current roster while acquiring Giannis might destroy this current balance on their roster.

Giannis needs to be on team that has full of young talent to support him like Magic.

It's not about just giving all they have, it's also about Lebron and Doncic. Because if they do sign Rui and Reaves back, just to trade them away, which I am not sure if they will be even able to, that would not be enough.

They just can't trade for Giannis without Doncic or Lebron, they would need to give like 4 or 5 players outside of that top two, which would mean it would become a team of Lebron Doncic Giannis and G-leaguers to surround them. Even that may not work out for them. Giannis as a free agent is a whole another topic, that may not even happen because they have no place left, and Giannis would have to take a huge huge pay cut.

Any team that plans to get Giannis already understands the risks and the rewards. It’s a business, and they know how to evaluate those things properly. But one thing seems clear, Giannis probably doesn’t want to stay with the Bucks anymore. It feels like he believes his time there is already done, especially with how the team has been struggling.

You can’t really blame him either since he already delivered a championship for them. He has proven he’s a championship caliber player, and he still wants to win more. That likely won’t happen if he stays with the Bucks.

Yeah i agree. But Alperen has been looking shaky and inconsistent too; really hope he can steady himself after that injury. Anyway KD disrupting the team chemistry plus Ime Udoka having a terrible season. I expect absolutely nothing from Houston in the playoffs.

And honestly, even as a fan, I have to admit they can be inconsistent at times. But the playoffs are different, they should be more focused and united if they really want to win.

These are the facts. For the Rockets, even making the playoffs without their starting guard is a success in itself. FVV's injury has officially ruined the team.
Even with KD, if you take Alperen out of this team, they wouldn't make the playoffs. TakeKD out too and they’d finish dead last.

Charlotte lost the last two games of their seven-game home series. First to Philadelphia, then last night to Boston. Losing to those two teams isn't necessarily a bad thing, as both Boston and Philadelphia are better teams than Charlotte. Now they'll continue their series against Brooklyn. I think Charlotte will easily beat Brooklyn. Charlotte has already secured their place in the play-ins, but their performance in the remaining games could give them a chance to play in the playoffs. It's still possible.

Hornets (39-36) have there place reserved in play-ins while Brooklyn (18-57) are already eliminated from playoffs contention. If we talk about their fixture on 1st April then no doubt odds are in favour of Hornets. We can say Boston is much more stronger then Hornets this season but Philadelphia and Hornets are quite competitive teams. Anyways Hornets now have a losing streak of 2 and they must break that in up-coming game to uplift team moral.

This was one of the special nights in NBA. Because a 31-0 historical run was just unbelievable... The game was over in Q2 already for Raptors. 

They even won the game by 52 points. They weren't even huge favourites to win this one above all. You know they were close teams in the conference normally.

But Magic must have had their worst game of the season I guess...

A shame that Luka is out today against the wizards because of his technical. The Lakers should still be able to win this one, but it would have really helped Luca’s MVP case if he was able to put up 70 against them. The wizards have been playing horrible lately. A shame this one isn’t on Amazon prime.

We don’t know yet, but hopefully Luka can still surprise everyone and win the MVP. He hasn’t won one yet, and he really deserves it.

But with the current record, I think Jokic is still more deserving because of his consistency. Even though he missed some games, if he’s still qualified, he’ll likely win it.

Luka has been putting up great numbers recently and looks more consistent now, but he should have done that from the start. The Lakers could have been the number one team if that was the case. But anyway, he just needs to prove himself in the playoffs. The Lakers are a real threat now with the way they are playing.

The Rockets beat the Pelicans comfortably. But even in this game, KD and Udoka still managed to pick up technical fouls.
Lately, the team chemistry in Houston hasn't really been there, but this game helped shift that atmosphere a bit.

Alpi put up 36-13-7 and also added 3 steals and 3 blocks. He became just the 4th player in history to record at least 35-10-5-3-3 in a game. Only Shaq, The Dream and The Admiral did this before. He keeps improving every day and looks on track to join the ranks of those elite centers.

That’s a good stat, thanks for sharing. I didn’t get to watch the game, but I’m happy with the win. Once again, it shows how dominant they can be, and that kind of performance was really needed.

Now talking about the coming playoffs, if they can build good chemistry, I think it’s possible for them to get past the first round. There’s still a chance they can secure home court advantage even if they’re currently at number 6, since the competition is very close.

But if that doesn’t happen, at least they should avoid dropping to 7 and going through the play-in, because that’s just too risky.

But I guess the team and the NBA are sensitive about this subject and it was decided that his comments is detrimental to the organization.

Well the organization maybe just don't want to be backlash by the community for allowing players to do those things, remember that fans and sponsors, are paying for the players and the team, if they allowed such things the sponsors and the team will suffer for the consequences as we all know the groups of people can put a business down with those hate comments if he do that, and they support him, it will affect them, and the organization so as a player he should not do that he should have kept it to himself, for good.

And as you can see in the rankings, Luka is just 4th, but in the last couple of weeks him and the Lakers are in a hot streak and Luka averaging 40 points. The thing with Luka though is that he always complains to the referee, not saying that he shouldn't but sometimes there are calls that he might have to let go and continue and focus on the play.

Currently the score are tied in the second quarter, so there's a lot of time for the Lakers to push and win this game even without Luka as Lebron and Reaves can lead them to a victory and not lost to a low team.

Stat-wise, yes that's good, but will you agree to me that he's a parking cone on defense?
I mean he's awful on defense, and they always look for him to score.

Sengun is putting some monstrous numbers to cover the fact that he's bad at defense. It's good that Capella is there to help alongside other players who's also good at defense but during the playoffs, a lack of defense could mean a lose in the series. Well this helped them because the Pelicans are a bad team throughout the playoffs, and I did dig a bit, and I saw this.:

Against the top 500 teams, they have a losing record, and let's ignore their record when they're against a below 500 team. If you want to compete for the title then at least defeat better teams, but their record is just a losing record.

Overall, I agree with what you said that Sengun is becoming better and better IN OFFENSE, but he must improve himself on defense as well.

Rough shooting night for Bronny as the Lakers easily take down the Wizards. Bronny is getting more playing time but shooting 1-7 halfway through the fourth. He does have a +16 +/- but he needs to shoot better if he wants to stay in the rotation.

James is better than last year, he might getting older but he plays better than 90 percent of the player in the NBA. Houston indeed not a problem as long as the big 3 will stay healthy.
Hayes will keep his  thing and Ayton will behave continously. The bench might not be a problem for them but I can tell not better than 60% of the others.

For Bronny, A father will do all to save his son and that is what we are seeing now. I hope he can play better and make a statement that he deserve to be on the spot.

I must say that it was a huge performance from the Raptors I most strongly believe they have been well prepared and equipped to execute their game plans which worked for them because it’s obviously a very good game of basketball.

However it’s was an absolutely special night like you have said, I couldn’t believe what my eyes was seeing I felt like I should be woken up from my dream, but that was reality a 31-0 was a historical performance and unbelievable, I have never seen a huge margin of points in my entire life of following basketball.

Based on this, I expect another triple-double from LeBron in April.
