No I don't think that he's that kind of player. He will give at least the team a chance to build a roster around him just like what he did with the Bucks where everybody's saying that he needs to be traded, he gave the team a chance to build, but ultimately failed.

I saw this picture online, and it seems like Giannis is contemplating his decisions, and thinks of why he went with the Heat.  

Kidding aside, I don't think that there's a need for us to look down at the Heat after the loss to the Hornets. They just have a bad night. That's all. Giannis shot 4/11, Bam shot 7/17, Klay shot 5/12. They have the pieces to compete... to compete at least for the play-in tournament because I don't see them winning against the top teams out there. I predict that they'll have a negative record to teams that are above 500 and that just shows how incompetent the Heat is. I might be harsh, but that's the truth.

As for Giannis being traded, it might happen, but it will happen during the mid-season if the Heat wants to get something back. Giannis has a Player option next year so if the team sucks this season, he can just opt out of the contract, and find another team and become a free agent.

But for sure once they got their first win, it will be a different Heat team. They just needed to go over that hump and feel confident. Yes, there are a good chance that they can beat the Warriors so for sure they are looking at that game already.

seems the heat don't have a proper play at the moment, they were just after holding the ball the next move is to take the shot, Giannis seems don't know where he is and confuse on the plays, they need a pure point guard at the moment because most of the play are just catch the ball shoot it.
The hornets have an intriguing line up, dennis, nash allen, miller he is pouring points, inside and out, those players are experience so they know what to do, and they have hot hands all the  attempts are going in.

The problems is they cannot execute good plays, then made poor defensive plays. I think they need major adjustment on their system, so that they can make their players works well.

Although its safe to say to early to judge them, but if they didn't find any good solution now. Most probably more frustrating nights might come and heat also will experience more defeats.

They need to click along the way, because its awful seems like what i said earlier Giannis is lost in the court, he was given everything by the bucks when he was their and have their run for the ring, in Miami he needs to prove a lot to the team, he can't demand anything to pat we know how pat operates, so he needs to show scoring defense in the court, spo might still experimenting this early in the season which is alright but i need to see a point guard to make plays not everyone dribbling the ball to the other side your a pf or center, you should not always do that.

You are right, they still struggles in every angle. In paper they really looks solid, but I guess this is just part of the growing pains of expecting something big to happen to team and suddenly in goes on the opposite.

But it could end the struggle, so I agree that if they became a underdog or at least a decent line in their next game, it might be a good bet on them. So let's see for sure Giannis doesn't want this at the start, and he will force the situation next.

Yeah Heat are really struggling to win games right now. They don't have any reliable shooters and most of their offense comes from the paint. Not only are they making very few three pointers, but their attempts from beyond the arc are also surprisingly low. They're already 0-3, and one of the teams that beat them was the Hornets, who aren't exactly contenders. Losing to the Timberwolves and Pistons is more understandable since both are strong teams, but losing to the Hornets? That's disappointing result.

Wolves have an elite starter. What they needed now were deep bench players to make their offense still effective while their starters were resting.

They haven’t encounter yet a solid team aside from struggling Heat team that will exposed this team weakness in the late game once they fought team like OKC, Knicks or Spurs.

Yeah, they may look really good on paper but still have to establish chemistry, tendencies, and familiarity.  It's the same reason why in March Madness you typically see at least a Mid-Major team make a big run and pull off upsets.  At the big schools, most players are 1 or 2 and done and at the Mid-Majors, they are staying 4 years and getting a degree because they are thinking about life after basketball because most know that pro ball is not in the cards.  Not surprised the Heat are struggling- the Lakers team with Payton and Malone did too, but am surprised they are 0-3 out of the gate.

Totally agree, plus Kawhi didn't play today for the Raptors.  So this game isn't exactly a great barometer for the Timberwolves but rather akin to a tomato can victory.

Yeah, it's all over the social media with that injury of Jaylen Williams. When we thought that he had recovered from his first season career injury comes this horrifying one. There are a lot of comparisons to other player but we can only hope that he can still make a comeback.

The OKC now will have to work very hard as they don't have their 2nd option. Someone will have to step up and this could be a blessing from someone in the team to replace Williams in the starting lineup and help SGA. Sometimes you just have to look positive at this kind of things and move forward.

Well the injuries also had a reason, it's because he had to carry the team before, play a lot of minutes and so on. In this new environment that's a different story, just as this game from last time shows. He can tone it down a bit since they have so many options. Not having to carry so much a big load and taking more rest and so on can have a big impact. T'wolfes made a great deal trading for him this offseason and only a couple of games already proved that. ANT can play his natural position now and you can tell how much more free and relaxed he looks on the court already. Minnesota is clearly a top 3 team in the west again and if they stay healthy they can and will definitely compete with OKC and the Spurs (and maybe also Denver) for the title in the west.

It reminds me of Hayward. I was shocked when I saw Jdub's feet. That must be very painful. Just when I thought he would play more games this season, this happened. What's worse is the mental health battle. Look at Hayward, although he still came back after recovering, he was never the same anymore. This kind of injury doesn't just affect you physically, but also emotionally.

Speaking of injury, the Sixers are just in their 4th game, but Embiid is out again. If he really can't stay healthy, he will be the one holding the Sixers back from going deeper into the playoffs. Now, the are 3-1.
