I could be one of those with nostalgia from the site. After watching this thread today logged in after some months and my first transactions were back in October 2015, that's more than a decade ago, Bitcoin was below $300 at that time.
There were many types of emotions and experience associated with it, the subsequent alleged illness of the operator and some delays on site made it less and less appealing that I stopped using it. It would still be an exciting relic to revisit if it gets back into normal operation.

These places are funny in a way, it never really mattered what price Bitcoin was (though I have some small regrets that my biggest wagers only happened after 2017 haha). And now with the news of Bitsler closing, there ultimately means there is only one other proper dice site left other than BV.

Not quite the end of an era, but certainly the twilight.

FMC, we don't really know each other, but perhaps my account on this forum has earned a bit more benefit of doubt. Pseudo, known to me for years (I say years, I must actually say it's closer to a decade). The other users posting here, also known to me, on BV at least.

You can ask any of us, and it might be obvious but I'll say it: no BV does not at all operate like a casino should. And I will speak for myself only but have a feeling Pseudo would be on the same book (if not page, if not chapter): BV isn't really a casino any longer. It is one of the last vestiges of the OG degenerates. It's part (or all of) why we still play there. I might be the only one (or one of very few) active elsewhere on this forum.

In the end, that’s the problem. Bitcoin started out as P2P, and the first casinos were like this one. Ultimately, this casino’s modus operandi proves right those who are calling for more regulations and more government control over both Bitcoin and what we do. Casinos that have grown and expanded have had to comply with regulations, including AML regulations and KYC requirements. Of the few legendary ones left on this forum that still operated as they did in the beginning, there was freebitco.in—which ended up as an exit scam—and this casino, which I wouldn’t strictly call a scam against players, but whose modus operandi leaves much to be desired.

The live launch and signature campaigns are running, but the team continues to completely ignore my private messages regarding the outstanding 11.12 BTC dispute.

For three weeks, the site was closed under the pretext of an audit. Now that it is reopened, the strategy is simply to ghost the creditor.

I remain open to a fair, direct settlement on the blockchain, but keeping the forum in the dark while operating normally will not make this dispute disappear.

I understand that signature space isn't worth as much as it used to be, for multiple reasons - some beyond anyone's control - and that $60/week for Hero is decent these days. But who do you think is applying for your lowest tier positions? Individuals with independent viewpoints and non-stale takes?

At 25 cents a post x 30 posts, that's $7.50 for a week's worth of work. What level of post quality do you think is being incentivized here? You guys have been around the forum for a very long time, and I wish you success on the relaunch, but I gotta tell you, my perception of your casino (shared with at least some other longtime forum members) is not good, primarily due to the perpetual association of shitposts next to the Bitvest logo.

That's not to say all posters wearing your signature are bad, but many are let's just say not very inspiring, to anybody.

I'm kindly asking you to consider not offering Tier E level payrates, for the sake of pre-emptively curbing what would assuredly be however many hundreds more spam posts a month on the forum. You should at least see how Tier D goes first because I suspect the situation won't be a whole lot better. Thanks for your consideration.

Welcome back Bitvest.io it’s been a while since your avatar and signature colors are visible in the forum, which is also one of the fastest way for gamblers to get access to your website. There is no doubt you’ve highlighted a good point concerning the payrate at Tier E. But I feel it’s up to the campaign participants to either accept being on the waitlist(Tier E) or reject the offer. Besides, its not mandatory that they are supposed to make 30 post a week. 10 post per week being the minimum requirement shouldn’t be a problem for an active quality poster in the forum. Though changes to that regard has already been made so no need to stress on that anymore.

First I have to say that they haven't gone back to the old ways in all aspects. I remember they used to pay for up to 60 posts a week years ago. They have cut that in half, which is quite reasonable.

But people managing the casino should know that nutildah is issuing signature bans and with those low tier payments you are going to hire low quality posters that are going to be more likely to receive such a ban.

That's not to say all posters wearing your signature are bad, but many are let's just say not very inspiring, to anybody.
