The idea of having hot wallets is to not keep significant amounts in there, which means they could get drained when there's a big excess of withdrawals over deposits (e.g. when someone wins big and withdraws).
So I wouldn't judge the site on the fact that hot wallets get empty from time to time, but you could judge them on how fast they respond to the situation.
Have you contacted customer service? Any luck?

pawel7777 my friend you can blame those making such assumptions since the ops have abandoned this thread without replies to several hundred of questions and complaints here for a while now, light lord the official of this business have been online a couple of times but did not reply to anyone here on this thread and that has given room to so many speculations as to whether the casino is still active or the operators is not able to effectively run it the same way he runs this thread.

And from some couple of events that happened in the past with covid -19  which is the period since this casino issues started and have not been restored till now, with the long absence of the owner during that time, this and many more gave room for all the speculations around the owner health but no one has any information about his true condition and there is no time lightlord himself announce that he is not feeling well.

So we can choose what to believe now in this situation and know how to act with the casino going forward.

As it has been said before, they're not in any way obliged to be active on this forum. The official way of getting support is by submitting a support ticket on the site, which seems to be working fine (as far as I checked).

Sure, they could've done better job in making it clear that this thread is no longer monitored (or they could've just locked it), but to draw a conclusion that the site is dead or abandoned by devs just because they're not active here is a bit of exaggeration.

Same for LL not feeling well - not sure what exactly did he say, but the site has active support and the other owner, Zodiac, is reported to be active, so I see no issues here. Unless we're concerned that LL might have passed away without leaving anyone the access to the private keys?

We know that if people or the community would really be having that curiosity then this type of discussion would really be a never ending one specially if we dont really getting any response came from the team or

Such a thing has been a problem for years now and it seems there is no intention or any way for bitvest to correct this problem, and while some gamblers are very understanding and they do not care as long as they eventually get paid, there are many gamblers out there which want to receive their money immediately when they ask for a withdrawal, and such a delay is going to make them to reconsider their decision to gamble at this casino ever again.

I agree that constant issues with hot wallets being empty is not a good sign and indicates that maybe Bitvest should revise their approach and maybe increase the level of hot wallet balances.
All I was saying is that occasional issues with empty hot wallets are somewhat normal and are inevitable for that type of business. Let's remember there are probably only 1-2 people with wallet access and they can't be around 24/7 to replenish them immediately.
So it all boils down to how often such issues occur really.

I did not visit the site to test whether or not their support is responding and activities running well or not on the casino, my comment os based on the reposrts we have read here in the forum, no about the fact that not being active on the ANN thread doesn't mean anything as long as the support are getting issues resolved, by that is not the case in this situation as one of the compliant gotten here in the forum was as a result of non respond from the support after the player first contacted them.

I don't really take ANN activities serious and I don't judge the reputation of a. Casino base on their activities here in the ANN thread, but when both the ANN thread and online supports are inactive its then becomes obvious that something is not right with the casino.

Looking at how Bitvest and 777coin running now? I believe that LL had already losing the business interest and maybe being busy to other form of profiteering now(or we don't know if he is running another gambling site behind our knowledge) as these sites are already burned years back from this same issues .

In terms of empty hot wallets for Litecoin, if this chart from https://dicesites.com/bitvest/ltc is correct (and it's possible it isn't as some other stats look odd) it looks like there was some significant divestment (or maybe someone has just won big and drained the fund) that could result in hot wallet getting empty.



Still, that's not much of an excuse for admins to keep it empty for too long. But then again, we don't know if the guy complaining actually filed a support ticket and if the issue is resolved now.

Arent that signature payment issue hasnt been resolved it yet? Im once a signature participant of Bitvest but only just a few weeks and didnt have any problems but well those are in that early years where Bitvest and LL is really that still responsive on this forum. Im much aware about on what happened on when it comes to the point where even paying up their marketers or signature participants had been delayed. I wasnt aware if its been resolved or not, if ever there's still pending payments then it does really shows up some bad behavior or affecting out their reputation
in speaking about on how legit their business would be.

Now that wallets are starting to get emptied then people who do play on that specific coin should really be stopping on playing on such coin specially if  the balance is depleting.

What are you basing this on? It's not like we see any massive wave of complaints in this thread. It's literally one guy venting about one hot wallet for one altcoin (Litecoin) and all of a sudden we have a bunch of posters pilling in with the "sky is falling" narrative.
What made you think that more than one hot wallets are empty and that their customer service is non-responsive?

We do know that there are indeed loyal players of a certain gambling site on which you would really be tending to stick as long you do able to find yourself that comfortable and it do really meets up your expectation or simply your needs on gambling leisure on which it would really be just that normal on having that kind of approach on where you would be staying up despite of lots of options
