IMHO, he's already able to bring back the reputation when there were no complaints anymore. That's a healthy sign that the casino has been addressing all the issues and answering them, helping them with their problems which is a typical thing to do by them. If he's totally fine now, that's what people should see when he's back and active again adding more promos or rainbots.

Not just this thread, almost 70-80% of the posts in the gambling section are filled with such posts and I am observing that even the altcoin section used to be like that changed drastically but here it remains the same and that is one of the reasons few of the merit sources openly stated that they ignored the gambling section.

I knew these posts would be unhandled forever so I stopped reporting them but campaign managers should take some action to make this a better place or else they are paying for something that will never be read by anyone thus their signature space is not useful for the brand too.

It is not too easy to find out which post (replied) was read by anyone or not and if read by anyone then how many people read the post (replied). I doubt too many people read mega thread replied/comments. I think only a few people read and posters came here to post only. Not to read too many comments/replies.

Basically the bitvest team were generous in rainbot because of the New Year and Holiday seasons. As always, you will get such bonuses and promotions at most places in these times of the year. Anyways, February has just started, let's hope there is still something to get for free

The other possibility could be the respective account put on hold for verification which will be completed once the user submitted what the customer support ask them to do and this could be the possible reason for the pending withdrawal not the hot wallet being empty because no other user arise such issue and if the casino's hot wallet dried then every withdrawal request will go pending and this thread would turned into a crazy mess.

Anyway there are some cases about the hotwallet have not replenished so kindly wait for some time because mone of the pending withdrawal stocked for long as it doesn't was given ,not unless your account is in questions then that is different matter
