I wonder if anonymouscoward issue got resolved, he hasn't posted anything and hasn't been online for a week.

It's nearly 5 days since he hasn't logged in. So, that's only two things for him, either solved or he's just too busy in real world.

Lightlord was online on February 8 and I assume he ahs been informed by his staff on his gambling site and saw anonymouscoward posts here in the forum. it would be nice if anonymouscoward could update whether his issue got resolved or not.

I've read that he's been sick again and he has to rest but for sure he has been updated with what's happening to his business and with some concerns like this.

Let's just wait for his update if it has been resolved or not yet.

The problem with this is that, as we have said in similar situations in the past, you cannot run a business in such a way that if you get sick, go AWOL for any reason or die, the business stops functioning properly, such as processing withdrawals. I understand that this is how Lightlord has run it all his life, in a very personal way and now he does not want to change, but it is a way of operating more similar to a freelancer who works alone in his store than to someone who runs several online businesses, including cryptocurrency casinos.

Give the conditions attached or error response you're receiving from your end, then were you able to show any proof on that, sometimes we don't pass the requirement we are asked to go through and expect the platform to bend their own rules for our sake, just go through the normal procedures and enjoy gambling with Bitvest, LL already made a demand on your ticket complaint lodge and found non, try to make things easier for yourself to help you out with any challenge you're having.

As far as I know, most exchanges prohibits deposits from casino accounts for due to AML regulations so no matter it's BTC or LTC just don't send from casino to exchange account and it may end up terminating your exchange account with all the balance on hold or possible to withdraw depends on the exchange's policy.

Yeah I've been kicked out of a couple of exchanges before but it's always a month+ after the casino transactions and they always let you withdraw your balance.  I didn't think reputable exchanges would just steal your money because you gambled with it.  I just didn't want to install hot wallets for all those shitcoins that I only bought for bitvest purposes, but I just found one software wallet that can handle all 3 of them.  So I cancelled the withdrawals and will re-do them sending to my software wallet.

You can't completely assume that the reason why your 0.01 btc withdrawal request went into pending manual is because their jot wallet is empty, it might just be the way the casino's withdrawal algorithm is programmed to operate or function.
Disregarding the fact that bitcoin has lost some value compared to the previous price before touching its previous all time today, 0.01 bitcoin is still worth a little above $600, not a very large amount, but still possible the casino might have some limit to an amount the withdrawal algorithm can process automatically, and anything above that, will require manual processing.

So, it's very possible that the above might be the situation and not that the casino's hot wallet is empty, except there is or was a way you can view the balances in the casino's hot wallet and know for sure when they are empty and when they are not, anything outside of this, then it's very possible what I first said might be the case.

You're probably overthinking the situation. The simplest assumption is usually the correct one.
If the reason was manual approval, then how come they allow much larger value withdrawals in other cryptos? Do they have special rules for bitcoin? That makes no sense.
And if this was the case, the customers should've been informed about such policy.
But the truth is, going through this thread, you'll see that hot wallets getting drained and not refilled happens quite often. It's especially understandable when BTC price skyrocketed, so many people decided to withdraw and cash out the profits.

But you haven't kicked out of exchanges because of you gambled with it since there is no way of finding them the rewards are coming from your deposits or rewards of a won bet but it's just due to their policy that prohibits accepting deposits from casino as a preventive measure for money laundering which I don't know how effective in stopping the launders but it's existing policy so you should not experiment against it.
