So it appears that this coin has the downside of an inactive/nonexistent development team and a lack of communication with the users. Due to that and the rapidly falling price it's considered by many to be a scam, the main issue being whether or not Voxelus is disposing of its premine or not (if it's not, then it's not a scam but rather a poorly organized project).
One thing to note is that if the equity swap happens, if premine disposal did indeed take place that might become apparent due to the number of outstanding coins being too large, resulting in a larger chunk than 1/3 of the company becoming up for grabs during the swap.
Too early to decide one way or another in my opinion, if good news does appear then there's some  potential. Considering how the equity swap was advertised so publicly, I find it unlikely that it will not happen at all.

Hmm, so adding up the first 17 balances yields about 180 million coins. Out of these balances more than 210 million coins have been sent out total. However, they also received over 30 million coins total. The numbers happen to add up exactly: the amount owned by these 17 addresses + amount received by them exactly equals the total amount sent by these 17. Perhaps I'm missing something, but to me that seems to indicate that these 17 could well be the premine addresses, and that the funds were simply sent out between them. There must be another 30 million accounted for in another address/several addresses that sent the coins out. Conclusion: I don't see any evidence of premine disposal aside from the 30 million that should be outstanding. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm not a bagholder. I actually stumbled upon VOX recently and have done my trading analysis. Voicing your opinions in a civil manner is much more valuable than being ignorant and rude.

As a marketing agency, being contracted by those companies is good for their reputation. Here's where I'm probably missing something: they're swapping vox for equity regardless of the trading price of vox that day. In other words, it shouldn't matter to them what the price is until they start actually selling coins. Even then, a dramatic price dip like we've seen can destroy investor confidence and is bad in the long run. So I don't understand why they would want to lower the price on purpose. Finally, there are only 2 ways for them to lower price: (1) sell premine, which is fradulent and they don't seem to have done that, (2) deliver no good news, in which case I still don't see how a 99.5% drop happened.

My issue here is this,

why would we go for the equity swap?
what is the value of the company we are swapping coins for?
What benefits are there for owning shares , profit earnings etc?
If it's simply to just hold shares in a newly registered  company i think its pointless of the swap?
also they mentioned funding, what do they need funding for wouldn't that mean they are still developing and our shares are locked?
can we sell shares if we wanted to, like is it listed on a stock exchange, if so then i'd be interested in the swap. other wise my advice to hold onto your coins

Yes if you look at it like that it sounds brilliant but the team they have and what they trying to accomplish alone should see this coin value soar but in regards to the equity swap entirely depends on the deal, any dividends stuff like that. pretty much a sweet deal for 33% of the company where you have this team.

If they later have plans to list on a stock exchange it would be super cool
