What do you think of http://www.epay.com/en/epay_services.htm ?
It seems they do offer VCC?!

Interesting website, I'll be looking into it once I get the chance. I wasn't aware of it to be honest and what's odd is that it seems to be china based. Not often do we see Chinese services offering debit card products, I've actually not found one except this.

There are at least two others, both operating out of Hong Kong - anxpro.com and wagecan.com

I have no opinion on their level of service but I've seen people comment about slow response times, possibly exacerbated by distance from North America.
 

Ah, I was under the impression that epay was Mainland Chinese? After looking through their website more extensively I found out that they seem to have different offices in their contact section (one in mainland and one in Hong Kong) but I can't figure out where they are based.

It'd be interesting to know what the issuing bank for their cards is. I might go through getting one to find out if nobody here has personal experience with this.

I believe it is Global Cash Hong Kong.

They are a major prepaid card provider in HK.

Either that or Transforex.

They both issue travel cards and prepaid limited-value cards.

Major banks such as HSBC, Hang Seng, Standard Chartered and other banks in HK don't offer prepaid cards unless it is linked to an account with these banks. So it must be one of the two above.

They have their app come out today as well.
Centra card they have quite a bit of buzz with their celebrity endorsers.

Any thoughts on them and what you think they are compared to most that have been around for the past one year of discussion here so far?

I am reporting back about the Shift Card. I used it yesterday at a retailer and at a restaurant and both worked perfectly fine. Both point-of-sale transactions resulted in a charge off my Bitcoin wallet inside my Coinbase. I am not sure of whether this happens when I have something inside my USD wallet in Coinbase, but I would assume not. I looked this up on their website but could not find anything related to this doubt. Furthermore I had to give access to Shift to buy Bitcoins using Coinbase; I am also not sure of what this means.

There was some confusion between them and an unrelated company called epay.info - there seemed to be some language awkwardness in the thread, and it went cold in May.

The market for debit cards has changed a lot since May, as we all know, and the web site now looks much better than the one referenced in the thread. I got to the site with http rather than https, which might be cause for concern. If you try them, I hope you let us know how it works out.

Edit: update - I noticed that epay uses Payeer for their debit cards and Payeer uses Wavecrest Holdings, so it seems this will be eurozone-only under the new Wavecrest rules. Please post if you discover this is not the case.

Not just against participating in ICOs with celebrity endorsements, but really just against participating in any ICOs in general. If you really are interested in a particular ICO, you should really be doing very in-depth research on them before choosing to invest. The great majority of ICOs that have and will be ocurring do not and will not ever deliver. We are not talking to regular entrepreneurs who already have a low enough success rate, but to potentially creditless ones who have only started the ICO because of the low barrier of entry to it. Especially when talking about bitcoin debit card, don't be part of any of their ICOs. If you are interested in a particular card, wait until after they release their product and service and then also wait for someone reputable to review them.

Wow I didn't know that there's a thread like this one.
Actually, here in my country these cards aren't accepted like even an ATM is currently not yet available.
But these will be helpful when I travel abroad that there's these cards that I can use. Maybe I just research more about these as it somehow needs more detailed information. Anyway, thanks for this.

I have signed up with a few but their rates or the way they deal is not very good. They charge on everything. For example on top of everything Cryptopay.me exchange bitcoin $400 $500 under the market price.. They trick people!!
 

Can anyone offer something like cryptopayme? I need virtual cards without verification. It was good on cryptopayme, but today I saw, that all my accounts were blocked (EU). Everything blocked. Only accounts without virtual cards are still work, but lost a lot. I am looking now for any service, where I can create cards and change money from cards to btc (as it was possible on cryptopay).

Yes, I perceived it too. They use different exchange rates and manipulate it.

You haven't mentioned what country you live in but it's strange those cards are not accepted.
Usualy these are Visa or Master card that are accepted all around the world and exactly that is the advantage. In the future bitcoin debit cards market will grow because this is one of the most convenient ways to spend your bitcoins without thinking whether bitcoin itself is accepted by merchants or not and you can use it in any kind of store with any kind of goods. And this is the best bitcoin related product I have. Bitcoin debit cards are the future.

I have not heard much about them. Perhaps not many people here use their card service, the fees were not very attractive last time I checked though and this could be the reason it ultimately didn't catch up with Bitcoin users.
