I could only deposit 1000EUR, and not anymore. Even though im LVL2.
To upgrade to LVL3 (15k eur+ per year), you need to prove your income, and that you pay tax.

Loading limits
For security reasons and in accordance with EU regulation, all our e-money accounts are subject to loading limits. Therefore, based on your level of identification (IDV level), certain limits apply with regards to the loading of your account.
You may load your account with the following amounts per year:
IDV1: up to EUR 1,000.00 (of which up to EUR 250 per month with cash or prepaid vouchers)
IDV2: up to EUR 15,000.00 (of which up to EUR 12,000 with cash or prepaid vouchers; EUR 1,000 per month with prepaid vouchers)
IDV3: unlimited, but subject to limits per transaction type (maximum of EUR 12,000 per year with cash or prepaid vouchers; EUR 1,000 per month with prepaid vouchers)
You may load your account up to 3 times a day and/or up to 60 times a month.
Single loading methods may be subject to loading limits as well based on your identification level and account usage.
Upgrade your identification level (IDV level)
Usually, you will receive your VIABUY Mastercard® with identification level IDV1. You can check the current IDV level of your card after login under "Settings". There you can upgrade the IDV level of your card at all times by providing further documents. Please click on "Upgrade identification level now" and follow the instructions on screen.
Paying and withdrawing cash at ATMs
You can pay with your VIABUY Mastercard® as often as you like at all Mastercard® acceptance points and on the internet, as long as there are sufficient funds available in your card account.
At ATMs you can withdraw up to a maximum of three times a day and in total EUR 2,400 per day with your VIABUY card. The exact limit per cash withdrawal is determined by the operator of the ATM and may often be lower.
IDV LEVEL 2 / 3
With your current identification level IDV 2 you can load your account up to EUR 15,000 per year.
To increase your identification level to IDV 3, we need certified documents that verify the source of your funds. With IDV 3 no general loading limits apply to your account.
THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET
The load volume of your account exceeds EUR 10,000 in total (your current balance does not matter)
You provide high-resolution colour scans or photos of certified documents

Depending on your situation we need the following documents for verification:
Salary payments to your VIABUY account: Two salary statements from your employer, not older than three months
Usage as corporate account: Current company registration confirmation; additionally two recently issued invoices, not older than three months, or current financial statement with annual balance sheet
Account for sole traders: Confirmation of business registration and two recently issued invoices, not older than three months
Account for freelancers: Description of your business operations, documents of your financial authority with your tax ID, and two recently issued invoices, not older than three months
Social care, unemployment or child benefits, or payments from an insurance: Two recent statements, not older than three months
Succession: Certificate of inheritance for respective payments
Savings: A current statement of a bank account on your name from a bank located within the European Economic Area, and a personal statement on the source of your savings
Funds from a deed-of-trust: A copy of the contract including a structure diagram, showing the ultimate beneficiary of the contract, and recent annual balance sheets.
Gambling of lottery win: Confirmation from the casino/lottery
