NB! Online statements are not accepted;

Can you not download a PDF statement? That's what I've done for verification elsewhere. Anywhere that doesn't accept that in this day and age is clearly not professional enough to deal with.

bank statement (must reflect some transactional activity). NB! Online statements are not accepted

its still online statement you download from bank, judging by what they request you have to go to bank ask clerk to print it out, stamp it with some bank stamp , make photo of that paper and then send it ... for some insane reason they want photo of papers ... beats me why photographed paper bill from post box is any different than digital bill , if id wanted to i can alter it as i see fit anyway

Xapo wanted something similar sounding. I downloaded the PDF statement and printed it out and that seemed to be enough for them. If they hadn't accepted that I would've taken me business elsewhere.

Who knows If the new services are worth trying? TenX, Monaco, Centra (I read somewhere It's a scam) and MoxyOne? It's funny how we've multiple services that serve for the same purpose but they don't manage to deliver any promised.

TenX had working cards in the past, some say. But now they are going slow and they have a huge waiting list with people that have already paid for the cards.
Monaco is quite strange in my eyes: if you want a proper card you may have to keep a number of tokens locked for 6 months (I don't know starting when). I also don't know of working cards.
I've also read that Centra may be a scam.
I've never heard of MoxyOne.

I know that Wirex has working virtual cards in Europe, and they have been announcing that they started issuing the plastic cards too.
I've read that Cryptopay will start issuing "by the end of Q2 2018".
AdvCash are working on something, but from what I know there's no ETA.
Mistertango has too bi minimum fees.
ePayments I am no convinced they are still in business or not.

There may be others too, but I didn't follow them. However, the choices (in Europe) are not many.

Has a single one of these ICO cards produced an actual working product yet? It seems like prime con fodder to me with lots of empty promises about banking relationships that'll never happen.

They did not need to hoodwink thousands of saps into laying out for worthless tokens for the honour of using the card. They could, y'know, simply supply the card without the rapey bit in the middle.

That's if they can actually deliver a card, which they probably can't. And even if they can they probably can't be bothered and will simply keep everyone's money.

You are a little unfair imho. Like everywhere, a big % of the ICO don't deliver.
But TenX did have cards for a number of customers, at least that's what I've read. They were in process of delivering the cards when the Wavecrest issue stroke.
Yes, they are awfully slow. Yes, they should have the funds to do much better. Still they did have something and I have high hopes they'll have in the future too.

No I'm not. There is no need to have an ICO to supply a card. The only reason they're doing it is to line their pockets. If they wanted to and were capable of supplying a card there would be no need for tokens or weird tiers. They would simply go into business and make plenty of money.

It's the ICO cancer needlessly infecting a previously useful area. They also have the additional boon of cards becoming beyond reach for many users so it's another empty promise for them not to deliver.

Looks like Spectrocoin have a card issuer can anyone confirm this is available to non EU residents affected by the wavecrest situation?

https://blog.spectrocoin.com/en/2017/10/new-spectrocoin-prepaid-bitcoin-debit-cards/
This card isn't new. It's the same that was issued by WaveCrest and isn't working anymore (check the date of this article).

I talked with the support and they said that will probably have a solution son: https://blog.bankera.com/2018/01/07/new-bankera-cards-have-already-arrived/

The company itself is nice. I talked few times with them outside and they have good people in. With their new services (cards,...) it's good to give it a try, it's something we were waiting for months so... Pretty sure it's going to receive massive signups during the next weeks ^^

Just signed up for one of their cards. I was verified within five minutes with a driving licence, selfie, and bank statement with about £1 in it for proof of address. They nominated something posted with transaction activity for the bank statement. It's about time they let this go as that's the only posted thing I have to my name. Everything else is online.

Let's see how good it is.

Normally they are pretty good. I used their cards for more than half a year.
They have a not-so-great conversion ratio, but iirc it actually contains the 3%-ish fee, but at least the conversion BTC-fiat is almost instantaneous.
The card was accepted almost everywhere.

The only problem I've encountered is that some of the people working at their tech support are not as qualified as they should be, sometimes leading to confusions and issues that should not happen.

Do you know whether it's like Xapo in that it spends from a BTC wallet and converts the specific amount of BTC at the moment of spending and leaves the rest, or is it like Bitpay where you convert everything you send at the moment you send it and it stays in fiat?

I didn't use any of them and if I understood your explanations.. it doesn't do like neither of the two. Advcash works like you described Bitpay.
On Wirex, you send any BTC you want to the BTC wallet and they stay as BTC. From that wallet you convert when you want as much as you want into fiat since for spending only fiat is accepted. If you don't have enough fiat on the card you may get payments refused, no matter how much Bitcoin you have.

A truly excellent list which I will bookmark, especially as it's getting updated in time. I would merit it enthusiastically but as you can see I'm slightly impaired in doing that.
You may want to consider also this one for inclusion:

We have ANONYMOUS Bitcoin VISA ATM cards. Shipping WORLDWIDE.
Do you have a bitcointalk thread? Who are the cards issued from?

They are from foreign bank with 100% private capital.
So Visa cannot stop it. At least all cards still working from December 2017 without problems.
If you want details better use tox 59564D2F49880684A9896385CFB1CD8A488D382C728906CED2126E2F746F9A6026EF4C85AFFC
