I saw a couple of cafes in our country who took payment in Bitcoins at their door was a special sticker so I think yes

If there's only a place here in my country like that maybe at some point I will try to spend my coins even my goal is to save for future rise. It's because it is a good option whenever you are running out of your fiat.

I think you are already done for spending your bitcoins actively, and you are right, it is time now for saving for the coming halving.
If you don't have bitcoins saved you will missed it out.

whatever amount of coins you hold its better to save it for next couple of months at least you reach to the halving stage to enjoy higher profits.

But halving doesn't guarantee that the value will go up. It's all still speculation, avoid spreading speculations as a fact unless if you have a good evidence that support your claim that the price will go up if halving event come then you can present those and let other people read and see.

I think most of us spend it here and there, but mostly save.

No ,It is not a time to spend until raise  its value, Who ever spending they will think why I didn't save those for make it double,it says in my mind need to save now and spend it when its value becomes more.

for the few places that do accept bitcoin, do you currently spend the coins you hold at any of them?

I know places like www.takeaway.com accept bitcoin and i even heard CEX.co.uk accept bitcoin in stores now too, but does anyone spend the bitcoins they have or do most just onto hold them? (Or gamble them lol)

I wonder if there will ever be any retailers that only accept bitcoin.
I saw a couple of cafes in our country who took payment in Bitcoins at their door was a special sticker so I think yes

Where do you live, good to see your country is adopting with what is advance. Meanwhile in our country, 1-2 million out of 100milion which is the total population doesn't know that a bitcoin exist.

Price will not increase only by holding it will increase only by spending so if you want to see higher price of bitcoin in future then you need to spend it on regular basis.

No I don't prefer to spend my coins at this stage as I am hoping for higher price in coming months so I am holding at this stage.

Same is happening here, I am also not spending my coins right now, but recently I am feeling a need for its usage for a purpose so I am thinking that what to do, sometimes I think to use it for that purpose and sometimes I think that I have to wait a little more and have to see what happens at halving.

Why think of the halving if you really need your coins for a purpose? Im not a dumb to wait for halving when I really need to spend my coins. It's just money and that is not the important thing in life.

Give priority first for your usage rather than to be greed of the money. Money is just a physical thing. You can always accumulate and earned it again after you finished your recent spendings.

Well you are right, better to have than having nothing and gonna miss the upcoming halving.
You will regret if you are not able to hold bitcoin today and for the next months.

And even without the halving it will give benefit to you since you are in possesion of great amount of coins which can take you a ride if the price will go on for a rage mode of pump.

So accumulate and purchase coins while we can.

Yes, but if you are that very actively spending your bitcoins that can make you very poor easily since you don't have to spend actively, it is better
to save actively and hold actively.
So that you can have some good results after it.

The only items I have actively spent bitcoin on are Casascius coins on this forum. Everything else has been small purchases to support vendors who accept bitcoin but then I immediately replaced what I spent. I think a lot of people are waiting to see what happens at the halving, it should definitely be interesting.

Well I'm glad that you learned the lesson today after you have been actively spending your coins to the risky things like, gambling and also HYIP.
You just need to help out yourself so that in the halving you can get some profits on it.

it was really nice that he could quit gambling, before him addiction is getting worse. because usually the people its difficult to stay away from gambling. so you do not have to spend your money on gambling and could use it for something more useful.

Well we cant really blame him. It is fun to gamble and really addicting. I do dice sometimes and I always got hooked in it. My buddy needs to slap me in my shoulder for me to stop. Once he see I am losing then a big slap will come.
