yes everyday , i used it to gamble, to invest in hyip , but i just learned my lesson today , i realized that starting today i will just hold every bitcoin i get, i will stop gambling from now on thanks to this thread Smiley

Well I'm glad that you learned the lesson today after you have been actively spending your coins to the risky things like, gambling and also HYIP.
You just need to help out yourself so that in the halving you can get some profits on it.

Well we cant really blame him. It is fun to gamble and really addicting. I do dice sometimes and I always got hooked in it. My buddy needs to slap me in my shoulder for me to stop. Once he see I am losing then a big slap will come.
Yeah! me too, I have spend a large volume of my bitcoins in gambling, I am actually a real gambling who like to do it regularly, although I gamble but I can afford to lose the amount at stake.

Well we cant really blame him. It is fun to gamble and really addicting. I do dice sometimes and I always got hooked in it. My buddy needs to slap me in my shoulder for me to stop. Once he see I am losing then a big slap will come.

That's true, we can't blame him for his deeds maybe its his ways to get enough income. But also its a good thing that he learned a lesson from it.
I hope other gamblers also have a buddy like yours that would slap their backs to stop Tongue

I maybe doing the biggest error of my life, but actually I have start converting Bitcoins to cash and building up my bank account, I think I should stop doing this and conserve my bitcoins which will have better value in the future. Also I am spending daily in my gambling activity, but my gambling activity is different from everyone, I have a tips thread you can read in gambling section in here and am doing well there. So in the end yeah I am spending actively bitcoins but don't know if I am doing the right thing.

You are really that active spender of bitcoin, I just want to know if you are still able to save some bitcoin.
For the upcoming halving, so if the price increases , you will get some profit into it.

for the few places that do accept bitcoin, do you currently spend the coins you hold at any of them?

I know places like www.takeaway.com accept bitcoin and i even heard CEX.co.uk accept bitcoin in stores now too, but does anyone spend the bitcoins they have or do most just onto hold them? (Or gamble them lol)

I wonder if there will ever be any retailers that only accept bitcoin.

For my i use bitcoin for trading, and also often spend to buy credits and other online gaming voucher. I do not use bitcoin to gamble because I thought would not be profitable to gamble. thank you

in my case, i just started to hold my bitcoin in my bitcoin wallet until halving takes place. i'm expecting that it price will be doubled or became 50% higher from todays bitcoin price, and if that happens i will invest it all again in hashocean. Smiley

You are on right track mate, never use if for gambling purpose or you will loose everything that you have, and its better to hold for next couple of months.

Yeah that is good to hold till the halving time, but if you desperately need money and if you don't have any other option left then you should sell it and convert it to to your local currency.

There is no such store in my country. So the only option left with me is to spend my bitcoins on online stores. Also I preferably use third party transactions to purchase things online and to recharge my phone.
buy items in an online store may be it is a good thing but for the online shop in my country who accept bitcoin almost no any at all and made me choose to shop at online shop overseas. but to send goods from abroad and need not cost more. it is a major problem
Woooooo! !!!   Shocked
Which country do you belong to? ??
I would love to visit that country which has such transaction system!

I still didn't spend bitcoins that I made for now. I don't know sites where I can buy goods for bitcions. So I am just keeping it to withdraw it to my wallet and after on my card, and only then to spend it in a form of some other currency to buy what I need.

Yeah that is a major issue at this stage that we can spend it directly, but that also allows us to save our coins for future, but if I am in need of hard cash, I convert it to fiat.
for the moment cash is needed because you know it's a problem offline stores who accept bitcoin in many countries is still very small. and it becomes growing concerns us all we may not purchase physical goods from abroad with bitcoin because it would be quite difficult to take care separately. we need cash to spend bitcoin

Bad idea for you doing that man, your profit in investment should be diversified through another investment. Gambling is good but you have to put a limit on your bets, you need to be only on the amount you can afford to lose otherwise the good outcome of your investments will be wasted. Take it from the stories of the gamblers here who gone broke and even wreck their life. Anyway, its your life you have your own decision I am just here to advise.
