hi mate. to stay away from gambling means being aware that you're into gambling. and you realized that. and it's a good start. just put the realization into action. thus, first one needs to realize what he/she wants... a check for you. then "act" what you realize. lastly, repeat the first step.
yeah you just need for real action that you meant to get out of gambling. if you're determined to not gamble anymore. I'm sure you can get out of gambling. to add to your intentions better think badly of gambling so do not you dare to gamble again |

Rehab is just a cure being addicted to something. He/she will get back to it if that what he/she really wants. It still depends on the person if he/she really want to quit from it. It is his free will what path to choose. No one can decide but only himself. If you can't stop gambling instantly then do it little by little until you are not addicted from it.
That's true, no one can dictate us except only ourselves, and we are only the one who can decide to ourselves. So if in our hearts that we really wanted to quit in gambling now. We can be successful to do it even if without the help of your family as long as you decide for yourself it can happen. I agree only ourselves is going to help us from staying away from gambling. And if you can't then just ask someone for help so that they are going to help you and seek some medical help from experts about these kind of problems such as psychological problems. They are going to help you and going to give you good advice yup! cause we all know ourselves and our own wants to our lives, we all wanted to become rich or just to have a better life, we gamble cause we want to earn money or we can have extra income in that day. But of course we cannot use gambling as our source of income, make gambling or treat gambling just a past time or an entertainment and I think everything will be fine. Yes, some other addicts really needs the help of others especially our family, cause there are some people that doesn't really know how to control themselves, but I think if they put in their mind that they really need to stop in gambling it is going to be easy for them to quit. But if not, they will need more time for them to quit in gambling. |

Maybe he is referring to how is will he stay away even though he is addicted to it. It is hard even if you are aware you are addicted to it you can't stop because you are always playing it. Even its in your subconscious level. |

But when you grew up and been addicted to gambling, all they can do is to tell you, and you will just listen to them without doing it,, There's a difference too between doing online game and online gambling, games could fade and then you'll just abandon those games, but gambling? I don't think so that it will fade..  |

Maybe he is referring to how is will he stay away even though he is addicted to it. It is hard even if you are aware you are addicted to it you can't stop because you are always playing it. Even its in your subconscious level. Yeah it is very hard to stay away from gambling especially if you are addicted to it for many years. I can just think of a few ways to help yourself. Better to let someone budget your money so that you are not going to spend your money easily with gambling. And next is that you are going to find some other addicting things that is going to improve your skills. |

So you think you are now free from gambling addiction? I am not sure . If you still gamble until right now then i think you are not yet free from gambling addiction. A help from family and your friends around is important to boost your goal to get out of gambling addiction but it is not as simple as people said. |

So you think you are now free from gambling addiction? I am not sure . If you still gamble until right now then i think you are not yet free from gambling addiction. A help from family and your friends around is important to boost your goal to get out of gambling addiction but it is not as simple as people said. But if someone has a gamble and assume control in the gambling was just a game they will not become addicted. To get out of gambling is very difficult and must be stopped for not bet anymore, but it was very difficult and rarely successful. What can be done are just really self-control in the betting. |

1. deactive your casino accounts, and of course withdraw money before doing it. 2. delete your casino sites url. 3. use money on correct things, hookers are better than gambling.4. working hard, forget gambling.  This is a good list of things to do except for the bold one (for obvious reasons). If you are not yet too deep into gambling, this list can help you. But if your already too.deep, you can also easily bypass this list by recreating new accounts and revisiting gambling websites. You can add on the list, have someone to check you if you regress back to gambling and have him stop you if you do. Thx for your supporting, yeah, it is really working, once i went broke due to gambling before, i would regret i should spend money on eating, drinking, and sex. Not losing money any more, don't spend money on casino owners' eating, drinking and sex.  |

thats true, if i usually dont want to gamble if im addicted then i just try to do some sports in order to attract my thoughts from it thats my strategy Well if you are not totally addicted with gambling you can certainly do other stuff and make yourself comfortable with your hobby than playing it on gambling that are very risky, but if a person is really addicted to gambling he could not make a choice of his own, it can be very difficult for him to stop or make a decision on his own because his mind is totally focus with gambling. |

Its easy to quit gambling, when you go so deep and you realize some things in your mind you will know when is over...when you lost all your money, and you need more to gamble then you got into problems, and you can made some mistakes, some stupid things..then you will regret and never again gamble..so before that mistakes and stupid things - STOP with that. I know a lot people who lost their home, familly and friends..that is terrible stuff. If you know where is limit that is good if not - then its late.

Exactly, that are the possible things to happen if you are not going to quit in gambling. But when a person is already addicted in gambling then he is going to have hard time to get out of it and stop for sure. But if he loves his family, his properties and friends. For sure he is going to choose staying away from gambling rather than losing his precious treasures. Of course, our family is the most important to us that is why we are working hard but sometimes we failed to analyze things over especially in gambling. We thing gambling can help our family and we can have a great future when we discover the secret of winning. If i was that gambler, and I really love my family, i would rather choose to quit gambling. Because if we really do love our families we will never fail to them to trust us, cause we don't want to lose them. Especially when you are the one who really need to be responsible in your family. |
