Better if you don't know how to gamble then you can stay away from gambling.You must be responsible enough on how you deal your life when you are already addicted in gambling.It starts with you and truly it ends with you, so if you wanna stay away from gambling try to look for something that interest you,try it one step at a time.

If you would like to leave much gambling should stay away completely and not gambling. But very difficult to stop gambling because someone might be tempted to continue to bet. Very few people can leave the gambling to the total. |

Get some self will, invest in the house, get a girlfriend, turn off the internet, stroke your penis daily.
That is one simple minded and very naughty suggestion that I have seen, but investing in the house will do if you know someone to make an investment for them, get a girlfriend you can always get a girlfriend and play gambling or play gambling then you can get a girlfriend you can always do both, turning off the internet I think cutting off your internet provider will be great and the naughtiest part you can surely watch porn while betting and nothing on your suggestions might work at all. Well, each individual has its own method to stay away in gambling, if that method that has been mentioned is very successful for him then he should be good. As human, we have our own interest so it is the factor that is vital to stay away from gambling, if we like to watch porn then be it as long as it will let you stay away in gambling. Yes there are surely different options you can choose from but in my opinion his suggestions really doesn't gonna apply if the level of addiction in gambling is greater enough to let your addiction be handled by a psychiatrist or a psychologist or your family members would take you for a rehabilitation, I think there are lots of methods but there is this right procedure to take part of because you will never know what might happen if your own method would backfire at you. |

Biggest problem of a gambler is getting addicted with gambling that is why gamblers sometimes is really getting cautious when betting, they might seem not always around certain casino's because they are only playing gambling if they have free time and will not engage in many betting, I thing this is a safe way on betting so you would not become very addicted to gambling. |

Have a look at drinkers and smokers. Just like ga!blers they lie to themselves and live in denial a lot. This is where it is truelly terrifying. So anyone that overcomes hardship well done to them. |

In short, in my opinon, feeling alone could make you stay in gambling, so in order to cure it, he should find a new companion outside the house or try to fix his family problems ... |

there are many ways to stay away and prevent your self to gamble your money get yourself with other things like playing online games
How about, you got addicted to online games also, so how to quit online games?  Just kidding, playing online games also an alternative to stay away from gambling but it will consumed your time when you play. So balance your time and remember to stand up sometimes to stretch up your muscles. They are both bad to you, gambling and online game addiction. They both take too much time away from you with no benefits at all. It just take away precious money from your pocket. Though it may help get you out of your gambling problems, it just pulls you into another problem. So better try other activities like meditation or sports. |

Get another addiction in your life and i am sure slowly one could be away from gambling.Its not advisable but some party some drinking chilled bear is not a bad idea,or the love addiction make a new girlfriend  spend time with her or any other things that interests you other than gambling. |

actually there is no cure from gambling unfortunately and you usually cannot do anything about your addiction, in my opinion you should seek for professional help if you are addicted |
