Better move an island where op don't have any access to internet and spend few months there so that it can be helpful to give up that gambling otherwise i don't think anything can be helpful there.

A good suggestion is to stop visiting this gambling forum but a better way is to convince yourself to stay away from gambling no matter the situation. Even if there is free gambling, you need to tell yourself to stop.
This and better is to think of that guilty feeling on loss and how sad it make us feel on lose..This can help to those who need to completely stop gambling. @Op Remember Gambling is NOT bad but gambling addiction is bad,infact addiction of anything is bad.Gambling addiction is just like other addictions and is very difficult to stop at once..so first try to limit yourself to small amount and decrease the amount every weakend and if you still can't stop then seek the help of Psychiatrist or spend or cashout your coins  |

Bet only you can afford to lose.Try to use a strategy when you bet.

well in my opinion everyone needs to stay away from gambling as much as they can because it is not good to loose money on it, in order to do that i would take up some new hobbies that would keep me busy

Just ask yourself what are you trying to achive with gambling.
Most likely you dont have any goal in mind, and you are just clicking buttons like an idiot, to run away from stress or w/e - so find other hobby that helps you relax.
Now if your goal is to make money or get entertained - thats another story
no need to insult ppl like that. I think most of ppl here give advice that actually work for them, I mean most of the advice u see here actually work in real life, for not small amount of ppl |

Solid idea. This solution is similar with all your problems you need to seek the root of the evil and try to fix it at the deepest level. Gambling is not the problem by itself, neglecting your other responsibilities and failing at life because of your gambling habits - is. |

People play because they think they can win easy money. This is sometimes true which is why it becomes attractive to gamble. There seems to be 2 very different types of gamblers, those for fun and those who actually try and make money they will use for something else. |

You should gamble if you are willing to risk and lose the money. There is a difference between having the self control to making a simple, low cost bet and a complex, high cost bet. It has to be a risk that you are willing to take. |

A succesful idea is to stop, stop for a while and you will understand how a dark part of your life was by doing it, i know many people which stopped and are happier.
yes true why are we don't try first to stop temporarily, we see whether life would be better without gambling? This is how me and some close friends have stopped in the near past, we are know less worry about this action and it really worked |

ride a bike,listen some music,take your dog for a walk ,watch a movie or something but wait ! i have good time when im gambling since i never treat game chips like money ! if you can pay a reasonable ticket-like to enter a gamble you like then dont stop ! if you cant pay your bills then try to find a low-payed job to keep you away from your computer Rofl. |

I wouldn't take suggestions like some people mentioned video games, porn, low budget bets and so on.. If you see that you are getting in over your head - either be a man and stop learn some self control, or seek a professional to help you with your addiction. In the end, most of it is just in your head, and it doesn't take that much to overcome it. |
