We should control our self in terms of gambling. we might lose everything when we keep on playing and when we are lose, we have that feeling that we need to get back those what we have lost and became eager. In a way that we will gonna bet everything until we lost everything and all we want is to get back the one we've lost. Greediness makes people to gamble and as we are gambling then we are hoping to earn big amount of money base on our luck. And instead of aiming to earn it just comes to turn that we are becoming addicted to it because we can't just help to manage our time for it. Even losing a lot of money still hoping for the big amount that you can possibly earn. |

gambling is so addicting because of the idea that if we are going to win or hit the jackpot it would be and easy money then. Yet the problem their is that instead of going up, gambling slowly pull us back especially if you will not able to control your self during the session.
The jackpot and the ambition of becoming big time easily is the biggest lure of gambling. But we should know by now that it will almost never happen. There can maybe a few who will hit the jackpot but that is just to entice new gamblers. Most of the time, gamblers will lose because of it. Personally, i think if you win a money easily, you will lose it as easily as well. |

Not if they control themselves! I try my best to do it, and it seems I am having success in the latest weeks. Try to somehow force yourself not to be in control of your money anymore (hand it to your girlfriend or family) and you will stop. More than controlling ownself we need to understand whether we need to really gamble ? I am saying this because most of us are only gambling because we want to collect bitcoins and get rich, while the actual reason of gambling should be pure fun. Not that serious if you are gambling what you can afford to loose. The problem with gambling is as the topic says " it addicts " so you are not really in control whether to gamble or not. If you know you are loosing money then still you will gamble because you are then addicted. |

More people now are becoming addicted for many reason i think the one reason why their being addicted in gambling is the need of money. Gambling is the best way you can grown your money if you have luck your capital can be multiply it. But if their lost they want to gamble again because they want get back the lost money.
Right, I take myself as a example when I have some 5-10 $ left in wallet then I admit I get a bit optimistic and try to make it 50-100$ and in that strive I loose that initial small amount too. Had I saved the small amounts I would easily have 100-200$ but anyways i cannot complain since I made the decision to gamble. |

And for the family. People usually forget how much the family suffers in these situations. They should also take the help of support groups so they can get support from other families in the same situation, as well as professionals. I can not agree more with your statement. Because I have actually seen a family been ruined just because of gambling ! We always think that we are addicted, we are loosing but friends more than us our family is loosing ( they are loosing US ) because we spend less time with them when we start to gamble. |
