Perhaps, a good idea would be to give bitcoins to the development of a real business with the condition that the future company will be accept bitcoins as a payment for its services

As the price of bitcoin becomes more erratic and the high transactions cost will be a hindrance not to accept the local businesses into bitcoin. I think bitcoin will be a valuable commodity rather than a currency as we are now adopting that name to bitcoin.

Exactly, if we treat it as currency then it will really affect a lot of loss to the local business. Still, it is not suggestable to the local business person because he might afraid of graph ups and downs in short period of time.
