According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

i prefer to use paypal it's much more secured then when you pay with
a bit coin. maybe in the future if the bitcoin is better secured i will think about it.
Paypal and bitcoin vulnerable hacked so nothing is 100% safe in my opinion.
For the results obtained bitcoin produce more than paypal maybe it makes people prefer to use bitcoin.

bitcoin is more secure

They are both many used but if you are talking about the future then I think that Bitcoin will longer exist and that is because you already can see now that it is becoming more used and popular.
And it is also becoming more acceptable so that is also perfect for the currency itself.

There are plenty of services overall, people are just lazy and keep using fiat...or paypal.
We should promote bitcoins only

It's not really people being lazy but more that people can't spend their coins in their local stores.

On top of that you must first buy Bitcoin in order to spend them.

These are several reasons of why people don't see the need to start adopting Bitcoin.

Yeah for spending you need to buy or earn bitcoin first, and above all they should also be aware about bitcoin that how it works and how to use it.

PayPal should simply allow you to fund your account with bitcoin. Just like they do with dollars, euros etc.

Nah Dollars and fiat are out of fashion, I would go for bitcoin, is much for faster, easier and last but not least it has a very good security. The bitcoin can easily go beyond from paypal, the bitcoin only need to get bigger than it by users.

Bitcoin will be much bigger in future when we will see more users entering into the world of bitcoin, and there will  be decline in customer base of Paypal in future for sure.

nice find man.. according to this chart bitcoin wasn't so far from paypal. deference is only 100Million . which is not a big target for bitcoin for achieve this year. see bitcoin's and paypal's age deference. paypal is almost working  from last 20 years and bitcoins is just in its 6th year. if bitcoin can get that big achievement only in 6 year. then it can also cross all payment sources in just few more years.

edit: Paypal founded December 1998 (almost 18 years ago)

paypal is accepted in most of the online stores , unlike bitcoin may not have much importance because its not so popular among all. although i prefer bitcoin as it is simpler and cheaper and as i buy things online and if there is no option of bitcoin so obiously i have to go to paypal and i wish this changes soon and bitcoin will come more in popularity.

Yes, we all know it but paypal is reversible and it charges per transaction. Same as bitcoin transactions, it is also charging for miners fee
if you are going to transfer your btc to other btc wallet.

Paypal for me is the best because you have the power agaist scammers and frauds you can start a case  dispute or reverse the payment unlike bitcoin once you send bitcoin to someone you can reverse it back to you if the stuff given to you is wrong..

You are right, this is only the disadvantage of bitcoin. Once you made a transaction and you already sent the payment.
You cannot cancel it, so if you made a mistake and you sent it to a wrong person. No way to return your money.

BTC isn't lagging that far behind Paypal, in terms of transaction volume, considering that Paypal has been around much longer than BTC. That's already an accomplishment for BTC as more and more people are trusting their transactions on BTC. I wouldn't be surprised if in two year's time, BTC is already at par with Paypal with regard to volume of transaction.
