Yes, its a digital money or currency. It gains or losses depends on the market. You can easily convert to to cash or back to bitcoin if you use coins.ph

yes, bitcoin is also a kind of money when you exchange it to your local money. and like money bitcoin can buy things but the only difference is you can use bitcoin through digital.

for me, bitcoin is an asset...a long-term asset...it is not convenient for me to pay by it...therefore I use it in my investments and don't consider it money

I think right now bitcoins are more of an asset then money. To me it doesn't matter what form my spending power is in wiether it's in gold bitcoins or sticks. I'm just concerned for the value and how much it will increase so I use Bitcoin as I believe it has the best value then any other form of asset.

But we can do it with the current currencies, and a money its only a thing which you use to trade by othr things, so i think bitcoin can be considered as money. |

But we can do it with the current currencies, and a money its only a thing which you use to trade by othr things, so i think bitcoin can be considered as money. Simple to understand as long as you can use Bitcoin to pay something like a payment method or FIAT, it is money. And can Bitcoin do that? Yeah, it can does that, so you can call Bitcoin is money but unlike FIAT, it is crypto money (currency). |

Of course bitcoin can be said to be money and also as a digital asset. Bitcoin can also be invested which means also bitcoin is money. Bitcoin is used by everyone just as much as money.

Yes it is, The only reason for the consumers to invest in bitcoins is because of its value, There are a lot of people who always join bounty campaigns because of the value of the altcoins that they are selling when it releases already in the market.

Whether Bitcoin is a money or not depends upon the jurisdiction we are talking about. In Japan it is money because it has been given recognition as a legal tender or as a legitimate medium of exchange. In India it is not money because in India one cannot use it as a medium of exchange for goods and services. But it is being increasingly used as an investment option in various jurisdictions even where it is not being recognised as money.

Yes Bitcoin is Money, it is a ViIRTUAL money, as long as we can send and recieve it when we buy or sell things so yess Bitcoin is a Money, probably the most valuable money of our era.

I think you confuse yourself when you say that its a digital currency but claim that its not money. As long as something can be used as a mode of payment it is termed as a money. |

If you ask that, is Bitcoin money? So the answer is yes. It's just like the money in the online game and the money we send into a deposit. It's just that, Bitcoin price is always increasing and it makes Bitcoin so unique and great. If you ask how Bitcoin can be created and what underlies the creation of Bitcoin, then frankly I do not know the answer. I am always curious and wonder about Bitcoin. Is Bitcoin accepted as a currency in different countries? It depends on the country, because not everyone and not all countries consider Bitcoin as money. There are even countries that prohibit the use of Bitcoin. |

why? because many people interested for bitcoin for the reason of money.
if bitcoin not related for money why many people play as bitcoiner. and i have friend two years allready a bitcoiner
as now he withdraw anytime a perfect cash money and i believe that bitcoin is a money also.

For me the major factor before something can called as money it must first be accepted or used as a medium of exchange for goods and services by a number of people. As of now bitcoin may already be used as this but not yet worlwide and there is not yet that much of a shop or store that accepts it yet. So for me before i will call bitcoin as money it must first surpass the situation i stated above. As of now i prefer to call bitcoin as currency.
