That's an amazing idea. By the way, I just noticed that you have changed the UI of Bitsler and moved from the combination of light/grey blue and sky blue to orange and dark blue. I'll be fair with you guys, Bitsler always had the exceptional and the most unique UI/UX design but this one looks too generic and the colour combination is not good in my mind. Bitsler's original blue is a much better colour visually and psychologically than this orange.

Everyone has different tastes and is entitled to their opinion but this is the UI I remember from back in the day. It looks really outdated by 2025 standards. I don’t mind the retro look, but the most popular casinos today have sleek and modern interfaces with bright colors to draw users’ attention. That's a very old UI, it's from the first days Bitsler was created, that's probably from 2015-2016 era but back then that was an amazing design. Btw Bitsler has chaned since then and their recent UI before the update was this one down below.

Unless AbuBhakar knows either the username or email, support chat can help further.
Since this is only a guess, it is better to follow the advice given by support chat because that is the step that must be taken.
I think that at some point there were KYC that's processed by bitsler. And with that, forgetting the username and email is the problem but if asked about the personal information.

That's where the retrieval starts.

But if there's no kyc that has happened then that's the harder part and still advisable to consult the support regarding that if it's unsure.
There is alot that need to be kept secured when it comes to online information, such as emails and passwords, alot of properties and assets have been lost through this incident of losing passwords or emails, so we need to make sure we take responsibility of preserving any important information all the time to keep the safe and secured and to avoid tithe situations such at this that you need to rely on support to get helped in accessing your account.
Well, the security is depending on the users themselves.

If they can't keep a record of accounts that they're using and the emails that they have used for different purposes, they need to make a record of it that only them will know for recoveries like these.

But I guess that there are gamblers that totally disposes these accounts and emails when they're done with it and so, there can be some ways for the support to retrieve them and that's why they're the only ones that can help these users if they want to access bitsler again.

There is an obvious shift for the better with the new design, and I'm not just referring to the orange theme, but also to the UX itself. Aside from the fact that rebranding after years of successful operation may be unnecessary, also, Bitsler is already a sufficiently stable and recognisable casino, so I don't think it should emulate any other competitor.

By the way, does anyone else feel like the first load is a bit slower than before?

Done playing today with live games, slot and original games.

I played plinko on original games, it’s superb when it comes to turbo betting because it gives a speedy result without any logs or delays unlike other casino with slow animations despite on turbo mode.

Slot games is also decent same with other casino. I have no complaints or experienced any inconvenience playing slot.

Problem arise on live games, I’m playing in handheld device and it force me to play landscape mode while I can play this same game provider on portrait mode on other casino.

Also, the chat and live support icon is overlapping to the menu button of the game provider to access lobby and other feature on the live games.



Lastly, there’s some instances that my bet was rejected.

Their old color is dark themed with blue and gray accent which is cold in the eyes and for me it reduce eye strain especially for gamblers spend long hours in their site.

Current color scheme still good since I think they adopt the modern style of crypto gaming.

Didn't feel any slowdown or maybe I'm not aware this situation happens when I visit their casino earlier.

It is uncomfortable and unfamiliar when you change from old design that was used in many years to a new design. It takes time for getting familiar with a new design and color theme. Meanwhile, in my opinion, Bitsler can give users two options: a previous design ans this design. Users can switch between previous and new designs and get familiarized themselves with Bitsler's new design and color theme over time.

It's good if others like the shift of Bitsler's UI/UX design, maybe I'm too used to local UI/UX designs and think differently. Btw Bitsler has never been fast for me, their website always takes time to load, so I haven't noticed any slowdown after the update. Maybe slightly slower but it's not significantly noticeable for me. The first load might be slower because you cache files and it's normal. Once the cache is stored, you will no longer experience the slow load unless you use an incognito mode or a different browser.

They do not need to have the option to switch the design, it is simply unnecessary because changing design should not be a big deal.
Uncomfortable? I dont think so because it is just a matter of UI/UX and players can adapt with new design quickly.
There is also no casino with option to change design, there can be an option to switch from dark to light mode but no for switching from old to new design or vice versa.

Been refusing my payment of 1400 USDT for 3 weeks now.

Started getting ignored by support, telling me they are "checking with the payment team".

Would avoid at all costs.

Provide some evidence such as screenshots of your conversation with the support. The representative here is very active so there’s no way your case is being ignored unless they are truly checking the error on your account.

Did they mention they are investigating your account because this process needs a lot of waiting time.

You can use the scam accusation board if you think you are being ignored.


Well pretty useless advice as I did all u mentioned above just to end up being ignored in the scam accusation thread. Bitsler even flagging and getting removed my reviews on trustpilot even tho they were based on my genuine experience and has been fully transparent.

The most casinos UX/UI is based on that dark blue is currently a trend in casinos. In fact, one casino, for example cloudbet, recently eliminated the Light option; only dark blue exists.

Regarding the preference for this specific casino, I'm about to return to my old account, which I haven't used for years. I used this casino when I started playing crypto casinos, and I remember that color palette well.

So, as for which one is better, that doesn't matter anymore; you have to adapt. If you don't like it, fortunately, there's quite a lot to choose from.

Everyone has different tastes and is entitled to their opinion but this is the UI I remember from back in the day. It looks really outdated by 2025 standards. I don’t mind the retro look, but the most popular casinos today have sleek and modern interfaces with bright colors to draw users’ attention. Using a familiar design, which you describe as generic, is likely intentional because it has been proven to work in the industry.


There's no doubt that the old 2016-17 look was more nostalgic with its gray tones. But these days, I tend to prefer the darker theme on all the platforms I use, which is the UI approach most casinos prefer to implement these days.

I have memories of this casino in 2017. My cousin used to play a lot of dice there. he was always borrowing my BTC, but he was a bad gambler who lost everything, haha.

The dark blue UX/UI is very common among casinos now and for me it is not really that bad and I prefer it to the light option. Casinos should have the dark and light color option available for it's users to choose from because we all have our separate options. Some casinos actually have the two options available and users choose the one they like.

It really doesn't matter which is better, you just have to adapt to whichever your favorite casino has or move to a different place that suit your taste better.
