This is the first time I've ever made such a mistake. I sent $3,000 worth of Ethereum to a USDT address on the TRC network.
The USDT TRC network option is available among the deposit options. However, the ETH TRC network is not available among the ETH deposit options.
During my research yesterday, I learned that the funds can be recovered manually. Because the USDT TRC address uniquely belongs to Bitsler, the funds are sitting as unsupported tokens, awaiting manual recovery with the private key. I'm truly amazed to read about this gesture of great courtesy and attention to your customers.
I might not have a complete picture of the situation as I don't know the underlying infrastructure of the individual gaming accounts, but it's not a given, and we've seen several examples even recent ones here on the forum of casinos that don't help their customers who deposited coins on the wrong chain at all, or that simply postpone any future recovery efforts.

That's a normal thing at Bitsler. I believe no changes are involved in the refresh. I have never witnessed any change after refreshing the page. They also give a pop-up message to randomize the client seed of the in-house games. But this pop-up message appears after a long time, not every day or week. I think the 'refresh' is related to the cache of the browser or a new session.

Every time they change something in the website you get this message. Even if they only changed one letter, like the word GAMBLNG in a text missing the I and being fixed.
