 help me, i cant log in because the re-Captcha is missing  Hello all !
i have deposited some money and got 09 confirmations my deposit still not credited what the hell admin says we are working on it also they banned me from chat as i was not spamming just sent 3 messages and got banned .
Admin kindly fix your shit !!!

Hello!
I am trying to log into my account but i cannot log in.
After i finished enter all the log in details,it hangs up.
Also,when it is not hanging up,it will say captcha error.
Does anyone experienced this?

I am confirming that there is no problem with bitsler's side. You might want to follow emberbekas' suggestions. If you still can't log in trhough your pc try it on your phone and vice versa depending on your situation. If it still doesn't maybe you have to check with bitsler's support. |

very interesting. thanks for the update. and i must add that if the problem is in fact caused by DNS cache, it is worth knowing that Google Chrome is also storing DNS separately here: chrome://net-internals/#dns and that also might need a flush. here is an article: https://www.howtogeek.com/197804/how-to-clear-the-google-chrome-dns-cache-on-windows/i have been affected by chrome's DNS once or twice in the past for other sites! i don't know of any other browser that stores "DNS" internally. |

I used to log in to my Bitsler account using the two factor authentication, but I reset my cell phone and lost all codes in my Google Authenticator. How can I reset, or log in to my account without using the 2FA?
Is it possible?
And if not, how can I recover my account?
