William, I just observed that the chat in most of the regions the chat flow is very good. But whenever a generous player starts making rains, chat is going out of control. Its okay if chat posts are constructive but most of the time chatters will just go (!cv this !cv that, etc.). I kow Chinese chatroom is where mods will tell us to do conversions. My point, whenever there is a 'riot' in chat, people looking for support gets there chat message buried. So if I may suggest a ''help'' chatroom to be added. This room will be dedicated to people having technical issues. In this way, you may be able to decrease the percentage of players finding other sites just because their issue is not being given attention within an hour or two. Your #5 fan, jamyr1  Most mods and older users can answer common questions and if users get into trouble, they can send support tickets instead of asking it in the chat room. That's a best solution. Hi. I know Mods and other users try to help, although as I've said, whenever chat is crazy, sometimes messages get overlooked at. William is a very Open-Minded admin and I know suggestions are welcome to him.

Aiming at the 11 billion, starting the auto-trading and will aim at it or the 100,000's after it, really like how you made a minimum requirement of level 5 for this competition because people ran 10 windows and made the competition very unfair, but now it is between actual players in the site.
