I think there is a problem using my real IP address as well but my google chrome browser says "webpage is not available". I really thought it was working fine awhile ago but I tried to claim the free satoshi to bet even if I have zero Bitcoin in my balance so I tried to refresh it and it is really inaccessible for me.

There is DNS issue as Baryom said and they are working on this issue right now. So, be patient you will be able to access it again soon. I myself can access the site without a problem. I use my direct connection!
