That's why I said that I think that there's no competition. If you rule out the scam sites (which obviously don't pay) and the sites where the owner doesn't know or care how to handle the customers, the remaining is less than 10 sites (maybe less than 5 actually).

This is why for Bitsler the direction is upwards. I hope that in the future too the servers will handle this good the ever growing user base.

Available balance on the address does not mean it has been credited to the account IMO, we cant see it that way especially if there is something wrong with the system or with eth network. Based on my experience on other site, eth deposit may take longer time to be credited. I do not really know why, but in this case we as players can ask it directly to admin instead of screaming "scam".

i doubt that this type of change would change the number of bets made in bitsler.com
because those people who make bets just because of the promotions will only make those bets as near to the promotion as possible so their effects are negligible on the total number of bets made up to that point.

I wasn't referring to Bitsler. I was referring to a brand new bitcoin dice site.

Many of these new dice sites don't have enough capital if someone wins up to 10 BTC to cover their withdraw. Problem is there is no regulation and no checks to open up a site.

In the real world you couldn't open up a casino if you had only $250K because the regulators wouldn't allow that. Because they would know that eventually due to bad luck, the casino would be insolvent.
