They both will be added on monday around 2pm GMT during a quick update

 

So, there will be a short maintenance at Monday 2PM then? Btw nice to see XMR and ETC will be added to the list of acceptance coins at bitsler.

By the way we are already working on a new faucet/level/reward system to avoid those issues/questions in the future. It will take some time but it should please everyone:)


 

I wish this new system will give a good solution for both sides, casino and users. Hence we won't see unnecessary complain regarding faucet in the future.

Happy to see this thread so activ, even if I don't always agree with what I'm reading here

As I have read before, Bitsler is not an exchanger or a trading site, so when the market is a bit crazy (prices fluctuaing too much)  the exchanger is disabled to avoid any issue.

About faucets, not much to say in my opinion, yes some accounts are banned from faucets (also sometimes from receiving/sending tips) because our system or an admin has noticed an abuse.
We are always answering to all the question sent to our support even when it's from someone who clearly tried to abuse us.
To be honest I don't think that faucets are a big deal for real gamblers, but it's just my opinion.
By the way we are already working on a new faucet/level/reward system to avoid those issues/questions in the future. It will take some time but it should please everyone:)


 

Congrats for establishing a new coin to your site, this is really great thing to have more and more alt coin to be played on your site so people will have some variances when they are trying to play here


Anyway for the faucet, would you mind how are you going to tolerate people to use this faucet? I do not really understand what people saying, many of them said that they do not abuse but yet they are banned for this reason. I mean is there any range on how much faucet should they claimed or used before they reach their limit before got banned?

Bitcoin is $9800 on average so if someone could make 0.001 btc from each faucet claim then the site will be losing $9.8 already. If there are tons of account that keep doing this then imagine what is going to happen

The site is not worried of people making money from faucet, it is all about the abuser. Most sites are worrying about abusers, once I again I tell you to open your mind a bit wider. Dont just take/hear from the user's site as well as from the site's side.
And once again I tell you that Bitsler wont block account winning from faucet as long as the user is not abusing or breaking any rules. Simple as that.

Some kind of annoyoing kid keep attacking the site and obviously our devs need to work on this first.

XMR and ETC will be added as soon as this DDOS attack will stop and devs will have some rest.

The problem is that there are tons of people that run script and bots to claim faucet constantly and wager 9900x. It is not a secret anymore and alot of those people are also banned in the other site. Giving faucet was only meant for player to test the site not for people to make money constantly by abusing it every day

Yes this is actually the real reason why they need to halt faucet withdraws.

The point of the faucet is basically to get the new gambler "hooked" into Bitcoin gambling.

With play money or demo money it's not the same. After a few rolls they double triple their faucet value and are like hey how about I deposit a BTC and double and triple that.

So that's why faucets exist.


The issue isn't the humans abusing the faucets it's the bots and scripts and all those captcha solving services which cost less than min wage in most nations.

Hence after millions of rolls eventually a faucet could hit a large amount and meet the min withdraw requirements. Hence this is why they leave the faucet in but have to manually intervene the withdraws.

The inconvenience is nothing compared to the convenience that the update will bring to the players once maintenance is completed. I have a stash of XMR lying around for quite some time now, so while the market is down why not play with it and earn great profits.

Bad news but hope it will end soon, seems someone don't likes the news that you are going to add 2 new coin. Btw I enjoy it, is your aim to become multi altcoin crypto gambling website or you'll add just only some top coins and that's where you stop?
Monero was a great choice I guess, keep up development. Also please add poker, believe me, this will be greatest.

I believe they have put their own budget into faucet and it does not really concern them about one getting 0.001 or not but they just do not like people abuse it. If they win it may be they are lucky but to abuse it, this is not what they want. Faucet is for new member to try the site, not for them to abused it

And btw, if they are not closing their faucet thats mean they are still cover it although there are so many abuser. This matter really concern for most of the site but not on bitsler

You transaction has confirmed 100++. Bitsler have a system instantly credit where even your deposit not yet confirmed balance will be credited. Please double-check your address deposit to make sure you had deposited to your account. If 'til now there is no change, you can contact support by sending a ticket with features already available on the website. may be you can complaints here, but.. it will take a long time to process.

You also need to provide your bitsler deposit address proof to check. Because this transaction ID will not prove anything that you sent money to correct address.

If you want to get a response faster then you should contact their support team instead of asking on this thread.

I would check and make sure that you have sent the ETH to the correct deposit address.

There are viruses and malware out there which can change your address that you copied and pasted without your knowledge.

So login to Bitsler and see if the address you have there is the same one that you've sent the ETH.

If it's different you got some clipboard virus on your computer.
