Better to send a support ticket or send a message to Baryom privately so you'll get faster respon. I think it is not a big issue to solve, as long as you can prove that you are the real owner of the mentioned account. Anyway, the faucet amount should not be the main reason why you want to recover as it may sound that you want to use the faucet only after recovering.

If you're bored with the user interface, try changing the color theme or switching between night and day mode. Indeed, seeing the same user interface with the same color for a longer time can be a boring thing. Changing it may help you eliminate boredom.

Yeah I agree, the dark mode for some is a better U.I. for others. And to tell you honestly I don't think that the normal theme of Bitsler is boring as when I first played the site I definitely like it. You maybe experiencing a little shift as you probably came from another dice site which as of the moment you are not used to the theme of Bitsler.

There are three other types of games in bitsler besides dice; roulette, multicolor and cara y cruz. You can choose which game is suitable for you or you can play it interchangeably. Welcome back and wish you all the best of luck!

Instead of recover your new password, may be you should ask them to remove your 2FA for a while and you should make a new 2FA to protect your account as well. I think you can have this after you answer some of their questions regards to your personal account there. This might be the best option you have to make sure it is your account and it is not hacked attempt there

As I can understand, the error was caused by cloudflare but now everything works as expected and the site returns to normal again.

EXPECTED DURATION OF THE UPDATE: 8 HOURS

During the update BitSler will be under maintenance and players will be unable to login during this time.

CHANGES:

- Four new currencies will be tested on Bitsler and added during this update: Ripple (XRP), EOS (EOS), Tron (TRX) and Komodo (KMD)
  Many players asked us to add ripple, and even if we have some doubts about centralized coins, we will try it out. The same thing applies for the other important tokens (EOS and Tron).

- Our wallets architecture has been redesigned in order to improve deposits and withdrawals.
  The instant deposit feature will be more efficient, and most of the deposits will be instantly credited.
  The system will detect and credit ETH invoked transactions (ETH transaction sent by contracts).
  Players who send transactions with several outputs to there Bitsler deposit address won't have issues to be credited anymore. The system will merge all the outputs and credit them all in
  one deposit.

- The roulette will come back and as for the dice, players will be able to switch currencies without having to refresh or change their page.

- PM of all players will be blocked.
  As we get too many complains from players who receive PM from beggars, scammers or people who are promoting phsiing link and other websites, we decided to block the PM for now. By default, only
  mods and admin will be able to send and receive PM. Other players will be able to send PM only to mods and admins.
  Admin will still have the option to unblock some regular players.

- We will start to make Bitsler more friendly for new users and work on our help/info/error messages.
  Some popups have been redesigned and some info message has been added.
  It's only a start and we will keep working on this for the next updates.

the pm blocking feature is controversial,why don't you add a friend list and that only friends can pm you-switch privacy on/of
this way you do not have to block every player's pm,maybe I have some urgent message to send to a friend or something
this could force players to use a third party communicator or even a different gambling site to send messages
instant deposits with the current network state is a nice bonus,I usually get credit within a couple of minutes,but,of course will not mind get credited instantly

Yes, this new coin will surely rain on bitsler of course but I hope there will be no problem with it since sometimes with this many coins around some of their wallet does not work well. And I agree about the friend PM, why should they remove it if only friends can send PM or may be they should make exception on mod or admin that everyone can PM them freely

I have a similar situation often the good thing is I didn't lose any bet when I was in that situation. And I guess it is because of my personal error, having a high percentage and getting careless about betting manually and at a speedy manner I often hit the max bet button often, but I realized that changing the way how I bet will solve the problem which it did. But I guess adding that kind of feature won't hurt anyone as it can serve as some kind of secondary measure that you are really betting all your cryptocurrency.

This is true, there is no way adding some feature will be bad for any players here but by adding this players will tend to clicked on it because it is just not normal like usual dice site. Many players play in this mode for so longer time but let say only less that complain about this feature so they should really think about it when they want to release it. Tbh, it will give a bad experience if a user accidently click the max button, which is very easy to happen when we are on mobile, and have no warning like "Are you sure bla bla bla!".

It's not only on mobile.

I've got that button so many times when I was on the desktop.

Basically sometimes it's fun to just manually set bets every few rolls by adjusting the Over/Under and also adjusting bet size.

Like if you think the next bet will be a loser just wager 1 or 0 Sats and save yourself a loss and when you do this a bunch of times you will eventually miss click and hit Max and then hit Roll and end up cleaning out your account in one instant.

Indeed the warning message about max bet has been removed during the last update because many players asked for it.

But it was probably not a good idea and even more players are complaining now, so it will come back after the next update  .
