why is site down again ?  Angry

I was also wondering what's the problem, I noticed that bitsler is down too often.

It is working fine at my end. Also, I verified with a few dice rolls and it is working fine.

Maybe you guys check your internet connection or clear history and try one more time. If maintenance then they would have announced here in advance.

I'm not active much on this site but so far didn't face any issues yet.

Everything is back to normal again now. I faced the same problem previously and probably because of a DDoS attack that caused it. I was surprised, why did the attacker not get bored with his new toy?

What is funny is that lately many Bitcoin services and sites are starting to get DDOS again.

Basically Bitsler and the Bitcointalk forum started to get DDOS. And what is strange is that we didn't really have these issues for the last few months, but it seems they are back.

I remember when Bitcoin was rallying we would get everything DDOS. Even Bitfinex had to start charging for BTC deposits because spammers were sending many small deposits to Bitfinex and screwing up their system.

So does this mean that bitcoin will start rallying soon? Since sites are getting DDOS for no reason again. Seems cryptos are usually DDOS when Bitcoin is starting to rally and there is a FOMO.

Sorry for quite a bit offtopic here but I just like to ask if bitsler is affiliated with yobet? ANN here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4738020.80
They claimed that they are partnered with bitsler but their whole project just screams scam.
This information made me search for the relationship of Bitsler and Yobet and so far all I can see are just articles from medium but no official announcement from Bitsler unless I missed it. Here is the link to the article that states Yobet has partnered with Bitsler in terms of development https://medium.com/yobet-io/why-did-we-decide-to-release-yobet-during-the-markets-bearish-trend-4d6b0bc20cca still use the site with extreme caution.

Bitsler is in no way related, affiliated or partnered with Yobet or any ICO/Bounty projects for that matter.

thank you for making it clear, thought exactly the same since it is not an equal partnership
and I could not think of anything Yobet could offer Bitsler ,maybe only some questionable marketing promotion

I guess that nobody would mind to see Bitcoin on a rise again. But I think that this DDOS was either a "warm up" or was not related to Bitcoin rise, since it seems to be over and Bitcoin is not 20k yet Cheesy
Also, the spam attack on the Bitcoin network and the increased tx fees may be also part of the "Bitcoin rise" equation and you didn't mention them (and didn't seem to also happen yet).

Several new coins have been added since the last maintenance including bitcoin gold, waves and digibyte. This will definitely give many opportunities for people to try their luck with various types of coins. So far, there are 18 coins that can be used at Bitsler.

Nice to hear it, but hopefully Bitsler will not focus on adding new coins only. I hope to see new games at Bitsler although I'm not really sure what would be the best game to add but maybe blackjack, plinko or slots game would be nice addition at bitsler. Many games with many coins to choose to be played will be a great combination for a gambling site IMO.

I think its good that they add coins like Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold. Mainly because they are forks from BTC and most early adopters have these coins and got nothing else to do with them.

I got some BTG on cold storage and since the value is very low, there isn't much to do with it but instead try and gamble with it to get more BTG.

I remember BTG was almost $400 at one point and now its very low. Regret not selling earlier but I assumed it would go to $1000 one day.

Same with Bitcoin Cash and maybe they can add more Bitcoin forked coins like Bitcoin Private or Bitcoin Diamond.

The only drawback to this is the amount of shear hard drive space needed because the bitcoin blockchain database is huge, almost 200Gigs and each and every fork needs its own copy.

I haven't heard any news about them addings games as of lately. I think they are just still focusing on increasing more loyal members into playing frequently in Bitsler and by adding 5 more cryptocurrencies is a good way to do it. I think if theybare satified with how active players are in Bitsler then adding new kindss of games might be in their roadmap. You have suggested good games but I don't think it is good to add more games without really someone playing it.

It's good news they added new coins but to be fair they have major coins on their website and can't see any need of adding some less popular coins. Their priority must be new games like slots, blackjack... Sportsbook would be amazing on bitsler since this website is so trustworthy but don't know why they are in silent, Baryom told me Bitsler is going to add new games but only coins are added.

If I'm not wrong, most of the people use the main currency to gamble including me. Very seldom I use other coins to gamble and only when bitcoin transaction fees were high I was using altcoins to gamble otherwise my most prefered coin is bitcoin for gambling. So as you said they need to concentrate on adding new games than only new coins.

I do agree that some people who are holding these altcoins may prefer to gamble directly instead of exchanging it first. But my take is more and more new games can pull more players to the site.

Oh, good to hear that they already added these new coins and I didn't know that they already have 18 coins that can be used in their website. Really itching to spend some Waves here and have some fun. My Waves are just sitting in my wallet these couple of months and it can be a breath of fresh air for me to take some out of that wallet to gamble.  Grin Who knows, I may win some in the process. And if the opposite will happen, that okay too.

On another note, I do agree in the above statements that adding more games should be prioritized at this stage. They already have many coins that can be used and additional games will definitely attract more players in the long run.

previously I posted the same list but I was surprised that EOS and TRON was removed in the list of coins that can be used there.

Bitsler is lagging on my end,is it another maintenance or another attack?
some rolls are taking half a minute to complete
hope it is fixed soon and everything is back to normal
p.s. just noticed the addition of several more coins, soon Bitsler will support more coins than any other top cryptocasino!

Bitsler is lagging on my end,is it another maintenance or another attack?
some rolls are taking half a minute to complete
hope it is fixed soon and everything is back to normal
p.s. just noticed the addition of several more coins, soon Bitsler will support more coins than any other top cryptocasino!

It seems like we have DDoS attacks again and I can't even access the site. But I'm sure it won't take longer, the devs will fix it soon.

EDIT: The site is back to normal again. Happy gambling!

Yes the same guy is still in love with Bitsler, it seems he comes back each time he gets a new idea to be annoying ...

About EOS and TRON we planned to add them but as they left (or tried to leave) the ETH network we wanted to wait a little and see what's going on Smiley . Those 2 tokens should be available on Bitsler in the future if nothing bad happens.

Cheers

previously I posted the same list but I was surprised that EOS and TRON was removed in the list of coins that can be used there.

EOS and TRON do not doing good on the market as well, so it is better to remove it too. But for burst keep on existing, I thought they are going to remove it for the first time that they implemented it, before that, market price seems to be not raising by burst adoption. But yet it just being stable right now

How much more progress of these coins before they are going to get a new game for us? Of course with some event on it

As long as the coins do work and there are enough people willing to spend them I don't see any reason to remove them.
On the other hand, if the coins have such big changes (like move out of ETH) in plan, a postpone is better than subsequent issues.
All in all, the decisions made by Bitsler seem to be very good. (And I do like to see those new coins!)

I guess that one future step would be to break the ice with cryptonight type of coins, but I think that those wallets are different, so maybe that's one why Monero & Co are missing while smaller coins are already in.
But don't mind me, maybe there are other reasons too, not just technical...
