Deposited nearly .5 btc.
After about 15 mins the sites down.
Been down now for a while. No updates anywhere. Forum also down.

You can reach them by email here or message on their account. You do not really need to have to post it here just because they still have unresolved issue. This will make them look so bad here which they not
Are trying to spam on chat? If not they are not going to ban you like that, i gambled long ago and there is no way they banned someone without any good reason. Try email them and be patient, in the end they will always make everything clear

but it did take 7 hours.

all i'm saying this is crypto world 2018 not cryptoworld 2013 where you had to wait 8 hours to get your btc from seals with club poker


i know you have to check withdraws for anyone scamming. but 7 hour turnaround time will soon unacceptable in this industry.

they are one of a few dice sites that made it thur this roller coast ride of ups and downs crypto world

Sure they take their times just to let you withdraw your 4k doge. It must be something to do with your new account, i played it long ago and never take this long just for withdraw any amount, even I used to low fee. But usually always use higher fee to make it instant withdrawal, so everything is good to go. As panjul said lower than 24 hours is still acceptable

It just not that they are deliberately want this thing but sometimes things happened so they need to fix things, if you have it on other sites may be it will take forever for them to fix this but you should be patient, they will fix this asap, I can guarantee that

The problem is the severe lack of communication.
I don't even mind if the blister team post a message in their native language as long as I can google translate it.

Even though its very unfortunate that your site is getting DDoS, in the past when Bitcoin sites and services have been getting DDoS its usually the healthy sign of a bull market.

Even Bitcointalk forum seems to get DDoS from time to time. The last time I can remember this happening was during the crazy bull run.

No idea why hackers pick times like this because in the end I don't think they actually gain anything. When Bitcoin was getting spam attacked back in Dec-Jan 2018 it was very damaging because many where mad at the $20-$50 they had to pay to get a single transaction confirmed. However I have no idea how hackers benefit when they DDoS a site like Bitsler or a forum like Bitcointalk.

Not sure where you got the info that admins/owners are from Philippines(which certainly they are not), anyhow, I apologize for the inconvenience you just experienced. Bitsler admins and staffs are from different Time Zones and we try our best to update players. And as much as we want to stay online 24/7, with the current heavy ddos attack(been going on for a week now), Bitsler team decided to put down the servers to avoid any bad incident. As stated above, your coins are safe, and if the down time takes longer, Bitsler Team will manually refund your balance.

See, what I told you, their support will never give out any players without notification, and you scare that they are not giving the payout just because the had ddos attacked? Then you must be wrong, see that their clarification there. If you find out that their communication is lacking or need some improvement, you should told them via chat or may be email for the details. If they can improve it they will do it for sure

i got some decent coin there myself. deposited like 20 minutes before it went down. The dev team runs a good site and im confident it will be up soon and our coins are safe. it just sucks waiting and the possibility that its not alright. Hopefully it will be up soon though.

Who would actually pay them to do the attack? Their competition? You would think their competition already makes good revenue why risk their reputation to DDoS a Bitcoin casino.

I never really understood why a casino would get DDOS.

Generally the only types of profitable DDoS is usually DDoS some small pool so the difficulty goes down so the hackers can mine more coins themselves. Basically this is what happened constantly on coins like Boolberry (BBR). If 99% of people are pool mining and they DDoS every single pool then they have a good chance at solo mining the coin and reaping all the rewards.

I want to apologize for the lack of communication during the past 36 hours since Bitsler was down for maintenance. Those last hours have been really hard for the members of our team, but informing players should always be our priority as it will be now and looking forward. I have more than 2 accounts and I do not use it to receive referral money. My account is separate, I do not understand why I subtract too much money, I bet on the site itself. bitler and i have withdrawn the money i received but denied and deleted it. I have enough evidence and evidence to verify the accounts are completely legal and do not have any fraud. If you read it please reply to help me.

The rule is clear, you are not allowed to have more than 2 accounts. So it is clear no matter your accounts are not self-referring or not, but having more than 2 accounts is breaking the rule already. Breaking the rules cant be called as legal activity, of course there is still a chance for you to discuss it with Bitsler but you should accept the decision that will be taken by Bitsler.

C'mon man, everyone runs signature and it's success sector for PD, FJ and more but seems Bitsler gets massive DDOS and it's not a first.
Since they decided to refund members, seems working on website and discussion on future is taken very seriously and there possibly may be sad decisions. It's just a pity to see how a trustworthy website has such a bad situation, we have to keep healthy competitiveness and such actions against Bitsler is very dark and possibly danger against other casinos.

Well, I agree with JanpriX, envy is a bitch. All in all, it can be anyone behind the DDoS, from the competition to some butthurt that didn't manage to scam Bitsler in a way or another, or it can be the cover for some hack attempt too. The internet is full of all kinds of people... not all of them being nice.
