Hi all,
Around the first half of the pending withdrawls have been sent yesterday. For the most part, the other half should be sent today.
I'm really sorry for those who have to wait a little longer, but in the end you will all get your funds.
For those who keep sending deposits on Bitlser, please stop, the site is only open to let players withdraw for now. We have to credit the accounts manualy and then make you withdraw.
If you continue to deposit, you may have to wait few days to get your coins back.

All right team, mine was pending for almost 72H now, hope i will receive it today Thanks Likewise, as soon as there was an announcement that it was possible to withdraw money, I did it and am waiting 07/09/18 - 08:05 PM Pending  Me too, i did mine fews minutes after announcement, 07/09/18 - 7:56 PM, May be the process are random. |

I am so sorry, but they are currently busy with the first stage of the refund process. For other issues, it will be completed gradually. Please be patient and believe me, if you are legit enough, you will get your rights! Btw, declined means something from my own view! Usually, someone who gets such status from his withdrawal process, is a person who gets the money in a way that is not allowed or violates the rules.

If you guys will recode all your servers and software and come back in the near future that is great. Nothing wrong with going offline where there are no time pressures of going back online. Kind of what happened with the Kraken upgrade last year, they had issues with their site, went off line, panicked when they ran into issues and kept making even more mistakes. So it's smart to go offline for a few weeks or months and getting everything fixed up. If you guys for some reason decide not to continue on with the site and you decide to sell it please be transparent about that. Because the new owner might not be as honest as Bitsler was and many people might run into issues with the new management of Bitsler. Either way , good luck. |

Whatever your intention is, please do not make any confusion here, Bitsler never told us that they are going to stop their site just because of they being hit by ddos, and I believe they are already been hit so many times and they still standing here for us. I know you are a competitor but please stop making any false accuse on them. If you believe them, just let them do their work right now |
