faucet dies?

are developers active ?

SXC Devs are very active - Don't forget Faucets are a free gift - as such there is no obligation to top up the Faucet at a set time (unless of course the faucet maintainer has a contract with a third part to do so).

I for one hope you enjoy your free gift and hope that you will stay a while and maybe even join us in this thread.

Hi all,

seriously, i would like to understand if this coin is active or what, if it has a future or it is only scam.
Can somebody try to tell me more info?

Is it wasting money to invest 100 euro on it at the moment?

thanks.

Hi dev team,

Any news about Yobit.net ? Or are they definitely thieves and we have no chance to see our coins back?

Thanks

Hi dev team,

I think your money seems lost! Dev or Yobit is classic one blames the other and the cat is biting his tail. At the moment I don't strongly advise you: Sexcoin (SXC) - Eternity (ENT) and VIOG I have the sad experience of not seeing my money again with these shitcoins

I understand the frustration. I have some coins still locked up there myself, and I'm sure that from an outsider perspective this looks like a finger-pointing game. However, the dev team has done everything short of attempting to show up at their doorstep. I will only point out that the update Yobit has referred to has been:

It would be nice if people took the time to read back through the thread to see what's actually been going on before they post.

Here's a quick sampling... and there are more, but I think you may get the picture.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1272422.msg19942868#msg19942868

We are almost as frustrated as you all are ( I say almost..because I hardly used Yobit ), but the simple reality of the situation is that at this point, the users on Yobit have more leverage than the Dev Team. That means the people that have their coins locked up.

are developers active ?

Quite active. MOST of the discussion around Sexcoin has been occurring on our slack channel. There is also sexcoinforum.com.

well guys i would like to invest in this project seems a great idea to me,

no twitter active since 12/2015?
is there a media to follow you guys?
what are the next updates to come?
are you still working on it? What is your team?

Come on you need to tell us what you are doing...If not it seems to be a top-great-dead project

Thanks  Smiley

This is your first post?
Seriously?
You create an account and decide this is the first thing you want to do out of the gate?
Did you even read the thread?
Did you even read the OP?

Thanks Smiley

Just looked over the OP again.

In fairness, I had the old twitter account listed under social media, and also the old FB account.

Mia Culpa on that one... OP updated.

Thank you for bringing that to my attention.

Hi Lava,

The leverage at Yobit as user is zero, they do not respond once like a human, all replies are standard messages without answering the question.

You mentioned, to have several options to solve the Yobit case, let's delist the sexcoin overthere, if you do not the problem remains. If you delist they need to upgrade the connection and release us finally. Before doing so we need to know for sure we are not trapped as rats. Did they ever respond to you, do we know if the connection can be fixed?

Thanks Lava for your efforts

CryptoCanary is fuckin' Nostrodomus......

...
YoBit's wallet is still frozen. I have left multiple tickets and messages. I am beginning to get the feeling they may be getting ready to delist, but this is only because I have not heard a thing from them. Anyone heard anything at all?

YoBit's support for coins and users is near non-existent. Even when coins PAY for support, they may not get it. What is worse is they will blame the dev(s) publicly, even when it is clearly there neglect to blame.

Don't hold your breath, LJ and get ready to be upset when they blame you. No matter how many tickets you and the community make, you will be their scapegoat.

>.<

LOL... ok then fwiw:

and I also reported via the link listed in their post announcing they added us with a sincere offer to help any way we could.

CryptoCanary is fuckin' Nostrodomus......

...

No, not Nostrodomus. But I have seen this before first-hand, as have many. When I saw it happening to SXC, it was like watching a train-wreak replay with the same twists, turns, and unstoppable tragic ending. Allow me explain...

Even when their procedures are followed perfectly, they swallow projects into their black hole of support. The black hole swallows users coins also. But their is no black hole. Only YoBit's purposeful neglect.

Now, why would a cryptocurrency 'exchange' not want users to be able to 'exchange' with the real blockchain? They certainly have the resources and sufficient time, so why? The project may have amazing volume on other exchanges. Surely they would want a slice of that volume, so why? Why would an 'exchange' refuse to 'exchange'? There is only one answer: They can't. Through error or theft, the coins are gone.

'The dev' makes the perfect cover-all-excuse for unknowing and uninformed users that think 'the dev' surely must have magic powers over the magic money they made. In actuality, 'the dev' is ignored also and is as powerless as the users are. Exchanging is not their business model or they would exchange. They are not after fees in good business. Honest errors should have been publicly disclosed long ago and, again, it has happened to too many. They must be after balances in blatant thievery. The refusal to communicate only reaffirms that only remaining possibility.

They do not care about this technology or this industry (cryptocurrency industry, not porn industry), nor either's growth. They are a severe detriment to crypto. Not only on the development side (this is a waste of everyone's time, LJ's included) but also on the mass adoption side (yet another scam, scarring people away. Painting devs as incompetent, non-caring, and lazy. FUD fuel). All of which translates to being a detriment to you if you are reading this.

It seems they will continue this rinse-and-repeat scam, putting communities in spin cycle mind you, while it is profitable. A seemingly-infinite supply of new coins to exploit and communities to pillage must make this lucrative. Apparently more so than exchanging because they clearly refuse to do that. It will be profitable so long as people use their half-imaginary exchange full of imaginary coins on incorrect chains.

I feel we as the cryptocurrency community need to boycott YoBit. We are doing a dis-service to crypto and ourselves by using their faux exchange and/or allowing others to fall prey.

Please do not use YoBit for anything or any coin. Never trust a centralized exchange as far as you can throw them and never use YoBit. Please.

Sign up on forum. Ask a bunch of dumb questions in random coin threads. Don't care about the answer. Yay, now I've got a ranked up account!

51 posts in 51 different threads, all dumb questions. Nice!

Anyway. An actual answer: none.

SXC isn't an ICO or ERC20 token. It's a good ole fashion altcoin for the adult industry.
Someone selling something for SXC? Send them some SXC and buy it. Fin.
