We have 9 days until the end of December. It will take $70 to reach $500. It is quite difficult. But the price will be over $500 next year.

I hope we reach $500 by xmas. I will definitely sell and then buy back lower if that happens!
It is quite unlikely right now. If you bought above $450, then you may wait a longer bit to make this trade profitable. I believe we go a bit lower first, and then, depending on the reaction we may rebound. |

i doubt that it is a possible thing to do right now as the price of bitcoin is not growing any more i believe that the price will start growing again only after we go to the next year the only good thing about the price is that it is not going down right now we just need to wait in my opinion

True that boat has sailed now. I was hoping for a revival too, but after the weekend it was made clear to me we will not see a 500 USD price anymore. I don't hope the price will go down too much though. |

I was thinking it would until the recent mini-crash. Of course I still believe it will get there soon enough but not in December.
Anyone who truly thinks BTC will grow into the 10k + will want it to stay as low as possible for as long as possible to hoard coins

I don't hope the price will go down too much though. I was hoping for somewhat of a revival as well but it's not looking to good for bitcoin to reach $500. Bitcoin is not that far off to reach this though, if a pump happens, bitcoin will be able to get to that mark again. Seems very unlikely that this will happen. |

For now i realize that the price will go down again around 350+ but im still wondering about $500
If there's a sure proof that the price will rise above $500 i will stay holding my bitcoins until the price reach $500

huh ... I wast thinking that Bitcoin will reach 500$ by december maybe a gift of christmas from santa  Happy Christmas to ALL  It would have been good if it did hit $500 at Christmas time but right now it's just 2 and a half days away from Christmas and the price seems to be stabilising at around $440. So probably expecting around $450 at Christmas. $500 seems too far away atm. |

not gonna happen at least not this year we have almost there last week and that was it dont expect 500 this year but in next expect much more |

This is still possible to happen, December is not over yet there's still a few days left. I'm hoping I can end the year with $500 for bitcoin.
Not sure if this will actually happen, a stable $400 is not that bad either though.

And will go down just as quickly. Do you want a $500 peak or a stable $500? Currently we are going sideways. I hope it will increase but a stable $500 in December is unlikely. |

I believe this is still possible, we got a couple of days left before the year ends. If a pump happens bitcoin is able to reach above $500. If this doesn't happen $400 isn't so bad either to end the year with. I've seen progress into bitcoin in 2015, I believe bitcoin will continue to grow next year.
