If the price rises for $50 and stay there for a few weeks, that is a big deal. For the sudden jump of $30, it is easy.

Not much i think. The news is already old and it did not affect the price very much (nothing at all if I am not working).Thing is the current rise is all on the manipulators and my guess is that they are aiming for 500 and let the community do the rest.

I doubt that now. I thought we would hit $500 by now, but it did not. So I am less confident. Maybe in July.

Juli is the month where the volumes and volatility levels will be insanely high due to the block halving happening somewhere at the end of Juli.

I believe we will manage to reach $500 in that month but I'm not really sure if we will manage to keep the price above $500 for longer than a few days after the block halving.

at the start of the week? no.

but a few hours before it took off, i send some money to kraken.com and luckily by the time the money arrived it only rose like €10 or so. So I managed to buy another full bitcoin for €418 or so. (it's €444 now).

Most of the time when the price hit such a value it's dumped just a few days later. When we saw 538 yesterday i was very surprised, but like everybody I am happy the price held at 425+.
At this moment the price can either go up to 550 or retreat to 500 again which makes it hard to buy more or start selling.
