bitcoin will skyrocket regardless, it's onyl a matter of time, like it went to 1200, but many will lose this second big bubble as usual
because they are selling now thinking that is going to crash to sub 200 again
anyway the crisis seems to be less now, inflation is lower, and some country have started again to have a better rate of employees
Let them sell their bitcoins and we are going to buy them. The big crash prophecy is going to make us rich, while people do panic selling we will go buying since bitcoin will be cheaper at that time. After such event when they notice that the big crash is a big lie we are the ones who are on the top of the blockchain. We are going to be rich individuals, well if we have the capital to begin if.

I have already mentioned this two times in this thread but people do not read the history but rather just read the topic and post their opinion. If it would be a discussion about Bitcoin crash then the topic would be moved to Bitcoin Discussion section. Back to the topic. Chinese export declined again in April. Imports were disappointed. Japan economy sent horrible economical figures last week. And the Brexit is around the corner. The European stock markets has already sent the fortaste today. Just to let you guys know a big crash is coming in 2016 in the economy. There is going to be a huge financial crisis but it will be worse than 2009.
The bitcoin price will skyrocket to over $10,000. However bitcoin will be banned in all western countries. If you are reading this living in the west you should make preparations to move to Russia or China they are the only places you will be safe owning bitcoins.
The crisis will be so big it will destroy entire countries and in 2017 there will be a civil war in the USA, UK and western europe. After this the world will never be the same again it will change so much by 2020 it will be unrecognizable compared to today.
The title of OP suggests that they are talking about crash of bitcoin but it is i crash of economies of the world. I do not realize how they want to connect them to each other. Thanks from saying this. In fact I want to know did you compare these trends with the market trends before previous crashes of economies? Are they similar? Well, if you post in a Bitcoin speculation section a post titled "big crash incoming" most people will assume you mean a Bitcoin crash. I mean, it's just common sense, and you didn't specify what woukd crash, so this being a Bitcoin forum it's assumed you mean Bitcoin, so your title is misleading if you actually don't mean a Bitcoin crash.

Well if thats the case that the economy is going to crash this year which im not to sure about as ive not followed it close enough to know what kind of indicators would look like but surely this would be a good thing for bitcoin since it will become one of the only safe assets.

What the hell man! People are striving to make their countries better then your saying we should move to those two countries. Oh cmon, give us facts if you do I might get some time reading some article about what you are saying. But for now I wont waste my time there. You do realize Bitcoin is actually illegal in Russia and Putin has a lot of control there? And although Bitcoin is legal in China, the Chinese government is pretty careful about bitcoin and they have considered banning it a few times, and the Chinese government is also much more totalitarian than the European ones. If you don't trust the EU or the US it's best to move to some island or something where the government isn't as oppressive and opposed to Bitcoin. And probably best to get a piece of land there and grow your own food and don't flaunt your money too much. Especially in times of crisis.

That is not going to happen. This is like the war news that a big war will struck Syria since Superpower countries are involved. But there is no war instead there are peace treaty. War nowadays are hated by people since they are focused on how to earn money and income. Countries are far much concerned with economy rather than getting into war and spending millions and trillions from their treasury. As bitcoin as concerned bitcoin will still be smooth flowing and there is nothing to worry about.

I think that's a little extreme, I reckon the western governments are someone who realize the facts, and would do anything and everything to save their economy. Bitcoin however I believe shall get a more valuable commodity over the years with mini economic crashes around the globe, as we saw in Greece. If Greece had accepted BTC as their currency it would've been awesome, but as it is, politics would never let that happen. Monopoly is the name of the game the governemnts like to play, they would never want a decentralized system.

The problems around the world, financial problems is because politicians are stealing the money to their own, take a deep research over the last 50 years and you will see how many politicians becamed rich for doing such. This wont affect bitcoin at all, we are facing already financial problems, and we keep investing into bitcoin, some are taking their savings into bitcoin, because they afraid to get the same situation as Greece frozen accounts .

That is already known by the wise people, we know that corruptions are everywhere in the world and the biggest are in the government, so how would anyone prosper even their idea is nice like bitcoin when it will not be supported by the government because of personal interest.

This story is actually not becoming relevant as the name suggest crash coming for year 2016. Infact the prices has single way went upside itself. Just that due to halving or few others economic global reasons. But doe not seem to be crashing that big in near future unless china dumps the btc.
Bitcoin crash is far from happening. Economic crisis will not have a big effect on bitcoin. It could apply only if bitcoin is the official legal tender and all people in the world are using bitcoins. If China dumps their bitcoins considering a huge amount of bitcoin at their hands including mining farms bitcoin price will go down tremendously. But even though it will happen bitcoin wl still continue as a virtual currency.

Well, people tend to believe everything that is posted on the Internet regardless if there's a proof or not. They would be like "It's on the Internet, it must be real." These thread and other threads that saying bitcoin will be 1$ or 1,000,000$ is just too unrealistic right now to happen IMO. It might be possible in the future if a major scam or if a major problem is encountered then the price would go real down. The value of bitcoin would go real high if all the nations in the world ditch fiat money and embrace bitcoin.

But I have strong faith on bitcoin ecosystem to survive any challenge as we have a strong community.

I live in an oil producing country and the drop in crude oil prices in the international market is really eating into the economy of my country at present...
I think btc is a safe way of keeping your cash value.

I also believe it, bitcoin has a safe future. I personally believe it if something wrong with bitcoin in future, than of course who made bitcoin they can handle it, i am talking China. And Secondly if Bitcoin price come down even $1, than bitcoin also grow up more, so it is normal situation in the Cryptocurrency. If we see the past, when bitcoin come in this world than bitcoin price was near about $1 and now we can see bitcoin price on the top.

I doubt that you are well informed. Europe has many crisis at the moment which could lead to a similar crisis as back in 2008. You just need to take a look at the problems of the Italian banks or at the political problems in many European countries. The only reason why there was not a big crash yet, is the cheap money of the ECB. if this ends one day or if it does not help anymore then we will see the problems. Yeah we actually may see a crash in 2016,i think the same But how it will affect the bitcoin price? it is hard to say but i would say that it may cause that it will go even higher,to the moon maybe The Europe economy is quite smooth at the moment. I thought this part was the funniest part. Russia is about the only place on the planet where bitcoin is actually illegal. I hope nobody took his advice.
