Avoid using your computer? I think that makes up for online gambling but we must also consider the offline gambling as well. If people want to stay away from them they need to control their emotions and not shut down everything. It will really make you bankrupt if you will stop but we are just hardheaded gamblers and we do really think that we can recover everything by playing it again.
